They are very friendly great people to deal with
They are very friendly, but somewhat did not listen to my problem, they did figure it out on their own what I was telling them and did not have to send drone back to DJI . They fixed it onsite and called when done, very friendly and would recommend to everyone

Amazing drone coming from The mini 3…
Amazing drone coming from The mini 3 pro. I use it professionally and I find the files are amazing. Also the remote feels like a big upgrade as well. I would highly recommend it. Got the kit with the filters and extra batteries.

Fourth Drone Purchased From Dr. Drone
Updates on order came in a timely order and staff responded quickly to questions that I had. This is the fourth drone package I have purchased from Dr. Drone and the customer service has always continually improved. I was disappointed that due to technical errors at their end that I could not purchase DJI Care Refresh or some accessories that were "out of stock". Would have been a 5 star review if there were not so many out of stock items.

Dr. Drone was a pleasure to deal with. I didn't purchase the drone I was after but that was for a personal reason.
All the touches with the folks at Dr. Drone were very positive.
