This dress fits well, the material is high quality, and the color is exactly as shown.I bought the same dress in two sizes and kept the one that fit best. Returning the other dress was very easy and refunded within one day.I would definitely buy from Dreamylily again, and I would recommend to anyone!

This dress was beautiful but I did not need such a big size according to the chart. It is also made for someone very tall. There was a lot of space in the shoulders which required some expensive talloring.

This was a nice dress in a nice blue color. It had a flare skirt with a couple of chiffon layers. The dress was high waisted with the skirt flaring out from just under the rib cage. The dress was v-necked with very short cap sleeves.

I wasn't expecting anything special, but I was totally impressed by this dress is a tortal showstopper. The fit is incredibly flattering, the fabric feels sophisticated. In addition, the sizes are really accurate, a perfect example of true to size!

I ordered a dress from Dream Lily for a wedding well in advance, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The dress arrived after a month and a half, and the quality of the material was very poor. The design did not match what was shown on the website, and it didn’t fit properly.

When I tried to return it, the process was frustrating. There is no customer service number—only email communication—and getting responses was difficult. They refused to provide a prepaid return label and insisted I cover the return shipping myself, which cost me $48.80.

Additionally, I was not aware the dress was shipping from China. The label mentioned Jamaica, New York, which was misleading. Had I known, I would not have ordered. After spending $177 on the dress and nearly $50 to return it, I’m left with a partial refund that feels unfair.

Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend ordering from them.

This was a gorgeous dress! Loved the lined skirt, it was nice and full. Loved the pockets too.

HORRIBLE communication and customer service! Waited 2 weeks to be told the dress we ordered and color was out of stock, but no of course they took our payment. Takes forever for them to return messages! 0/10!

I am absolutely in love with this dress! The fit is incredibly flattering and hugs the body in all the right places without feeling tight or uncomfortable. The material is AMAZING! Thick, high-quality, and very smooth. It feels expensive and not cheap or flimsy at all.

One of my favorite things about this dress is that I did not need to wear a bra. The fabric is supportive enough and holds everything in place, which is a huge win for me. It stayed comfortable all night and didn’t shift or bunch up.

The slit adds just the right amount of elegance and sexiness without being too much. I received so many compliments wearing this, and I felt confident the entire time.

The dress fit perfectly and was well made. Colour wasn’t exact but that could be due to photo lighting, it is still a lovely fabric and colour.
Maybe allow a bit more time for receiving your dress to avoid stressing out. We had an issue where the tracking number didn’t work but the customer service was helpful with answering our questions.

The quality of the product and the sizing was very different than how it is pictured. The WORST part is that it is impossible to return anything. When you email them for a return label they delay by asking questions about the product and taking days to respond. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Dress arrived with broken boning and company refused to refund the full cost of the dress only offering $40 for a $189 purchase. No excuse… just “this is what we are willing to offer you” . Read the return policy… even if the clothing arrives damaged, they don’t have to give you anything back. I’ll never purchase here again. Dress was very poor quality to boot.

Order somewhere else, from a trusted retailer or an actual physical store - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

STILL waiting on my refund, for a prom dress ordered (and paid for) back in April 2025.

I was finally told by email in August 2025 that I would be refunded.

The item never arrived (I have all the tracking information, it was a shipper's error).

I've had to proactively email them and now, here we are in mid-November, and thy have NOT responded to my past two "check-ins" about when my refund will be issued.

Never, ever again—strong advise to all, you may love some online store/brand, but suggest you do a deep dive beyond the website "about us" to know what the business model is before you are placing an order.

I obviously didn't do a thorough investigation of this company and now I'm paying for it - literally! I ordered 2 dresses ($350 total) - it says they have been delivered and were signed for. They are nowhere to be found and NO ONE SIGNED FOR THEM! I have contacted customer service via email and chat; it's been crickets. Not a word. I'm reporting to my bank tomorrow as a scam in hopes of recouping some of my money. Lesson learned - China sucks!

DO NOT BUY FROM DREAMLILY.COM. I ordered two different sizes of the same red homecoming dress. Only one dress arrived after a few weeks and it looked nothing like the quality of the one pictured. Customer service responded to my request to return the item and refund the money of the item not received and would keep leading me on as if they would refund my money. They never did and eventually quit responding to my messages and ghosted me. I am out over $230.

Terrible quality! Also they only sent half my order and claimed they sent the whole package. And you can’t even get a hold of their customer service. Don’t buy from them!

Their pictures do not match the product or size of what I thought I was buying. False Advertising. I bought a $150 dress for my 85 year old mother. I was excited for it, but it did not fit in any way. They company offered $40 for the return. It doesn't cover the cost at all!! Dishonest all around. If they want to sell in America, they need to be able to allow customers to return!

This dress fits me well and has a fashionable design. It suits my temperament.

The dress is beautiful and the color was a perfect Royal Blue. It arrived quickly in time for our event. I sized my daughter and used the sizing guide to make sure we were ordering the correct size, and it was perfect. It's true to size.

My daughter ordered this dress for her homecoming dance. We purchased it in black. Received the dress and it is of great quality but the dress was too big. Customer service has been great to deal with. Would purchase from here again just would go a size smaller.

My daughter wore this dress for Homecoming this year. The color was a beautiful and radiant color. It fit her like a glove! And the seller ensured that it was delivered on time for her event.
