Dr Gotham Efe is one in a million! Both me and my partner had surgery earlier this year. Deciding surgery did not come lightly to us and never having had surgery before had a million questions. At first we was sceptical of travelling abroad for this but after meeting Dr Efe via video, there was just something that put our minds at ease, right from the initial consultation to today (nearly 5 months since our operations) he has been on hand to support us with absolutely everything, pre op care, post op care, follow ups… you name it. He really does go above and beyond, and his care doesn’t stop once he’s performed the surgery, he’s still there for anything you might need or questions you might have.

Not only is he understanding, compassionate and reassuring, he’s a talented, expert surgeon, who is brilliant at what he does. He has realistic expectations and delivers these with honesty.

Lal our care coordinator was also absolutely brilliant, making sure we had everything we needed and being present throughout the whole process.

My care by Dr Efe at the Estevia Clinic has been brilliant, from consultation stage to my return to London UK.
Dr Efe has been available to answer all of my questions while I was still making enquiries about having my tummy tuck 360 liposuction and my arm lift surgery.
I left no stone unturned lol, and I was given every detail from being picked up the airport to my daily timetable. Going to the clinic to meet Dr Efe to have an in detail of things to come face to face, preparing me for surgery the next day, checking me into my hotel and getting a good night's sleep before my surgery. All of the forms were explained by Lal, the Patient Coordinator who speaks great English. Anything I needed, I just messaged her, she is brilliant. Everything was spot on, now that I have reached my first week after surgery and am going home I feel very confident about the next stages of my recovery.
I will keep in touch with Dr Efe every couple of weeks by video calls and send photos. I know he will keep me on point with the aftercare and I will keep in touch if I have any questions.
This has been a great experience, I am so happy with my results, I can't wait for all of my swelling to go down, I will be on the beach lol

I travelled from England in Antalya in April to have surgery with Dr Gokhanefe, the service i received was fantastic, My surgery went smoothly, and the whole experience was professional from collection from Airport, to hospital, to hotel, to clinic etc etc, I cannot fault anything, even aftercare has been great, and I was even on holiday in August and went bk to the clinic for checkup, welcomed with open arms, and a cup of English tea.. I am planning my next appointment with Dr Gokhanefe for 2027, I would 100% recommend estevia clinic and Dr Gokhanefe.

I am very happy with the early results of this surgery, recovery is easy and the piezo method means the swelling and bruising is almost gone around my eyes within a week.

The nose looks nice and I am sure it will settle with some more time to look even better. Would recommend.

This surgeon is amazing. He is very professional. His plastic surgery is excellent. I have had four surgeries with him now and I am very satisfied with the results. I understand it’s difficult to filter out a surgeon with so many to choose from. I have no hesitation in recommending DR GÖKHAN EFE and the aftercare is fantastic. Dr. Gokhan Efe is the most amazing plastic surgeon in Antalya, Turkey.
He was always available to listen and advise me on the best treatment I wanted. He did my ethnic rhinoplasty and a breast lift with no complications and the results are more than I could ask for.
