I got through to dr. Hakan’s clinic via PhenixEsthetics and had good communication throughout the whole process.
Overall, I thought the process was well thought out and organized. Clearly a lot of time has been spent to ensure that the process runs as smoothly as possible and that is certainly reflected in the service for me.

I understand that things can't always go well everywhere and that's why I wasn't criticizing when things went wrong. Mistakes are there to be made and learned from and the mistakes and problems that were there were also neatly picked up and processed as it should be.

I had a very pleasant experience at the clinic. I received a warm welcome from the contact person, Rumy, Dr. Hakan, the barber and the other doctor, Koray, who was present. We had a good conversation about what would happen and they professionally informed if I was on any daily medication before hand.

Overall, the atmosphere was cozy, professional, which, in my case, is a perfect environment for a customer waiting for a surgery.

The before and aftercare went rather quickly for me and I mainly do the aftercare myself now because I had to catch my flight. However, all steps were neatly explained, I received my medication and everything went according to plan.

I really liked the guidance, even if there were a few steps that didn't quite go according to plan, but certainly not so bad that I disturbed me. I was picked up and dropped off nicely for every appointment. On the way you can enjoy your time around Istanbul in a lovely spacious van.

I would have liked it if all the nurses and everybody involved in the process were able to speak English, but I assume that the English language is of no priority in Türkiye’s education system so I can’t really complain about that as a foreigner. The most important doctor’s speak English and for the other doctor’s and assistants, I managed to communicate through Google Translate.

To summarize, I’ve had a great experience and I would do it again without any doubt! Definitely recommended!

We chose a hair transplant clinic for a long time, and friends recommended this clinic to us. And we weren't wrong! Great organization, friendliness, and support. I went through the entire process of preparation, surgery, and post-op and felt in caring and professional hands. The team answered all the questions as clearly as possible and asked about the state of health even 1 month after the operation. Rumi is a great assistant, she was the right hand in all our activities in Istanbul. Thanks to her and the team for my new hairstyle! 🙂

My husband and I came from America to Istanbul for dental work at Maltepe Dental Clinic. I wanted my husband to get a hair transplant since we are here in Istanbul, there are over 500 clinic in Istanbul who does hair transplant fancy offices a lot of advertising to get you to the door and they are for the money. we were very cautious were to have my husbands hair transplant, since we had a great experience with our dental work, my husband ask our assistant Eyup for the best place to have hair transplant, he recommended Dr. Hakan Clinic, for fist time visit to the office my husband made his mine and went with Dr. hakan Clinic and said the doctor and the staff are very genuine people, the day of his surgery I went with my husband to the hospital which took 8 hour, the moment I met Doctor Hakan I know my husband is in good hand and the best staff, Doctor Hakan him self and his staff were there the hole time, which is very comforting. He himself ask what we like and brought us lunch. you couldn't ask for more, he and his staff are the best. Rumy she is the best person I met in Istanbul very friendly and ask me if we need anything she is there for us. Over all it was the best experience. I highly recommend Dr. Hakan Clinic for anyone who's looking for hair transplant in Istanbul.

It was very satisfying hair transplant journey for me, the whole team are doing well, they are pretty diligent with you and their job. It is so important that undergo an operation with supervision of an experienced surgeon. Maybe I can make one criticism is that the shaving before the operation could be more attentive and the donor area could be more homogeneous.
