I was very satisfied with their service. Good communication, good facilities including clinic and hotel, kind and expert staff. It was unclear for me to visit an unknown city and place but I did not feel like I am a stranger from the beginning to the end. Thank you guys for helping me!!

Thank you very much to Mr. Hakan and Mr. Koray, the whole team is very good and successful physicians, I am very satisfied, they are very skilled in hair transplantation and the experts are like family as a team, I am very glad to meet this family, they were very interested after the hair transplantation and they called and asked every step of the way during the healing process of the hair They called for information and asked for a photo, I was very satisfied, thank you very much, doctor Koray and his family.

it was a totally perfect experience from start to end. I met with Dr and his assistant very early in the meeting at their clinic which has very good conditions. after consultation they started my operation it took around 7 hours. all members of their team was very kind to me, I dont remember their names but thank you guys you really made my experience a lot easier than my expectations. I am really satisfied with their service it is now 8 days post operation and they keep following up me, I'm greatful and thankful for the successful operation, it was a total experience and turnover for me... Thanks again!!!

Professional service.

Everyone was informative and positive throughout the whole process.

This was a 5 star experience from the start! They answer really quick on all the questions you have and serve you with really good information about the operation. Also they are really caring and kind. Before and after the operation. The assistant Rumy is really nice and helps you with all your questions.

You don't have to worry about a taxi or any form of travel because everything (except the flight) is covered. The taxi's were always on time and were really nice. The hotel was perfect (5 star) with nice staff and the food was delicious. There is also a shopping mall next to the hotel!

The operation took longer than a little longer than expected but Dr. Hacan took me tru. He gives you good information during the operation and knows what he is doing.

All in all it was a very nice experience and I would absolutely recommend this to anyone.

Everything was very professional. From the beginning until the end of the process they guided me very well. The communication between me and the company went very smoothly and it was very clear. It was ly first time being in such a situation and I felt totally safe.

2 Ocak 2023 günü saç ekimi yaptırdım Dr Hakan bey Koray beyle tanışana kadar hala tereddütlerim vardı fakat klinikten içeri girer girmez o samimiyeti ve güveni hissettirdiler daha sonra hastahaneye geçtiğimizde kübra hanım donörden alımları yaptı şimal hanımla birlikte Okan beyde kanalları açtı ekim 8 saat sürmesine rağmen su gibi aktı diyebilirim Dr hakan bey bütün süreç boyunca operasyonda bulundu son ana kadar eklemeler yapıldı hiç şu kadar kök alınır konuşması yapmadık ama 5000 kök ekim yapıldı max ne alınabilirse donöre zarar vermeden aldılar konu hakkında yeterli bilgim yoktu koray bey ekim öncesi ve sonrası binlerce soruma anında cevaplar verdi şu ana kadarki süreç çok iyi tek ekip olmasından dolayı resmen vip hizmet almış oluyorsunuz ve en çok sevdiğim nokta ticari kaygıyla hareket etmemeleriydi ben çok mutlu ayrıldım her şey için teşekkür etmek istiyorum

The service in the hotel and that the transport was already arranged

It was quite an experience to undergo a hair transplant. But because of all the good care of the employees of the Dr Hakan Clinic, I experienced it as good. Before, during and after the transplant I was well supervised and I was able to ask my questions at all times. Thank you for all the good care!
