Il servizio (Atene) era andato anche bene, ed io ho fatto l'errore di scrivere la prima recensione (positiva) prima di ricevere indietro il deposito..E ora sono ancora in attesa che mi venga restituito da metà giugno. Non è ancora arrivato nulla nonostante sia stato subito chiuso il contratto senza alcun problema. A questo punto dopo email, telefonate avvisi e reclami, sarò costretta ad andare alle vie legali. Un ladrocinio, una truffa una delusione..non ci cascate! State lontani da Otoq!

I strongly advise avoiding this company.

I rented a car from them in Greece for my wedding and paid a €650 refundable deposit, which they clearly confirmed would be returned no later than two months after the rental ended. It has now been six months, and the deposit has still not been returned.

I have documented proof of their promise to issue the refund, as well as multiple follow-up emails from my side. All of them have been ignored and I have not received the money back.

I want to empasize that I have done everything possible to resolve this matter in a friendly and professional manner. At this stage, it has become a matter of principle. If I do not receive confirmation of the deposit refund within seven days, I will escalate the case through the European Consumer Centre in both France and Greece, file a claim with the Greek Consumer Ombudsman, and proceed through the European Small Claims Procedure if necessary.

Malísima experiencia. Tuvimos que llamar por teléfono para que vinieran a recogernos, el depósito del coche vacío, sin aceite, que hubo que rellenar en una gasolinera. Y el dinero de la reserva no lo han devuelto, a pesar de muchos mensajes reclamando, hasta que no hemos puesto una denuncia en la Policía Nacional. Eso sí, 11 meses esperando y el reembolso lo han hecho a los cuatro días de la denuncia. ¡¡Denunciad!!

Premesso che l'aereo ha subito 1.30 h di ritardo, Nonostante avessimo prenotato online e pagato una piccola parte in anticipo,all'arrivo a Tirana ci hanno comunicato che non era più possibile usufruire della prenotazione già effettuata e che avremmo potuto ritirare l'auto a partire dal giorno successivo.

La location s'est bien déroulée, le véhicule a été rendu en ordre et j'ai eu les documents disant que tout était ok. 15 jours plus tard j'ai constaté que la caution de 900 euro n'avait pas été débloquée mais débitée sur mon compte en banque. Soit un vol de 900 euro. La compagnie ne répond à aucun mail et à l'heure actuelle, je n'ai toujours pas récupéré mon argent. A fuir.

Car rental experience and the car was fine, except their POS wouldn't accept my credir card for the deposit so had to pay it using my debit card. I have been waiting for my deposit to be refunded for almost a year now. They don't even respond to my emails anymore. I suggest you avoid them and find a more honest and caring company.

Avoid at all costs. They are liars and slander their customers with outlandish allegations and accusations in order to keep your money in their pockets.

Do not rent with them. They steal people's deposits. They did not return our €700. Been fighting for a year.

while in Athens, I rented a vehicle from Otoq. As I did not have a credit card, the company informed me that a €1,400 deposit could be taken via debit card and would be refunded within approximately 30 days after the vehicle was returned. I agreed to these terms.

At the rental location, I was sent a payment link and paid the €1,400 deposit. I returned the vehicle on 17/09/2025 and the company confirmed that the car was in perfect condition and that there were no issues.

However, more than five months have now passed, and I have not received my deposit refund.

I have made numerous attempts to resolve this directly with the rental company:

I have sent multiple emails receiving only one response.

I have called several times and have repeatedly been told that the refund would be processed “next week.”

I had an excellent experience with 365 Drive. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Hands down the best rental company I’ve dealt with. Highly recommended!

Total scam! They give you the car in the dark, tell you it's fine, and then charge you €1,200 for a tiny 'dent' on the roof when you bring it back. They are unprofessional and refuse to provide manager contact info. It’s an organized way to steal your deposit. Save yourself the money and the stress—go anywhere else!

After discovering a small scratch on the car when ending the car rent, the company held the safety deposit money. When the damage was valuated it was clear that 375,79EUR of the deposit money has to be paid back to me. It is now more than 6 months after the rental period. They don't answer to e-mails anymore nor answering phone calls. I am now thinking about sueing them to court. I've never seen anything like this before. Everyone be aware!

I rented a vehicle from OTOQ / Drive365 Car Rental in Greece, and it turned into one of the worst rental experiences I have ever had.

A security deposit was charged at pickup, which is normal. The car was returned on time, in proper condition, and without any damage. No issues were reported during the return process.

Despite this, my security deposit was never refunded.

I contacted the company repeatedly by email and phone. After initially avoiding clear answers, they stopped responding altogether. My calls were ignored, and my number was eventually blocked.

Blocking a customer who is simply requesting the return of their own money is unacceptable and speaks for itself.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise people not to rent from OTOQ / Drive365. There are many professional and reliable rental companies in Greece — this was not one of them.

The company admitted they could not get confirmation from their own partner about releasing the deposit and told me to contact my bank for a chargeback instead of taking responsibility.

When I escalated the issue through proper consumer channels, I received intimidating emails mentioning “legal consequences” rather than a refund.

So everyone that is thinking about to rent a car from them, just read more reviews on google and trust pilot because you going on vacation not war with stress and emails about your own money

Avoid if you expect support or accountability.

À fuir ! Nous sommes en janvier 2026 et à ce jour je n'ai toujours pas récupéré la caution de 900 euros qui m'a été prélevée sur place en juin 2025!

The car was brand new with just few km, I chose a "Yaris cross hybrid" which was great choice due to low consumption 4.1lt /100km. There was great communication via watch up with the employee, and the guarantee was 600€ via credit card when other companies need 1.200€. Very fair and good choice.

In a nutshell, outstanding service.
I booked an SUV for one week and was given an almost brand new model. The drive to and from the airport was swift. The dealer explained in detail all useful tech features i was not familiar with.
The deposit was returned to me upon the return of the car with no delays.
Most importantly Stelios, the agent who looked after me, was very efficient and went out of his way to provide a great service.
