Exceptional Customer Service
I ordered a new belt for my Flymo lawnmower. I was sent the exact one I ordered - which was actually the same size as the one I was replacing. However for some reason it was miles off fitting. I assume it was an issue with the pulleys in my mower. However, after contacting Mike at Drive Belt Solutions for advice (I was impressed I even got a response to be honest) he sent me a larger belt, at his own expense, which we managed to fit.
I would highly recommend Drive Belt Solutions and thanks again Mike for your help.
