Absolutely useless customer service!! Kept saying there was some way to adjust and fix the problem. There wasn’t! Learn your products! Then stopped responding completely. Amazon said send it back without box, they say with box. I can’t be bothered any more. Not worth the time. If you have a problem with this lot, good luck! Helpful! What a joke!! Dark age customer service!!

I bought a Lumberjack bench belt sander which I have used only once so far and was quieter than expected, time will tell. The service from Toolsave and DPD were excellent.

Why has this company treated a terminally ill man ,with the upmost contempt by ignoring his request to settle an issue with a faulty wood lathe that is still under their so called "warranty:?? I fully explained my situation and inability to pay carriage fees due to my only income being state benefits, but this was met with the coldest heart from an individual called Sharna,hiding behind the excuse of company warranty restrictions and who didn't even attempt to show any compassion towards me at all. I hope that she,or any of her relatives, are never placed in my position, because this experience has caused so much annoyance and unnecessary stress that I am now even more depressed than before. My wood lathe helps me to take my mind off my cancer. Needless to say that I will never deal with a company that condone this sort of behaviour again, and I will be urging everyone to avoid doing any kind of business with them in the future. Of course, I fully expect for this company to reply to this review contesting my claims, but I have all the evidence in emails and text messages to support my review and I can make these available to anyone who requests them.

Don't buy from this company!!!! Bought a Auto Jack compressor from this company via their Ebay store Toolsave. The compressor failed after less than 5 hours use, costing me time, inconvenience and a litre of 2k paint worth 30 quid. Contacted toolsave and was greeted by someone called Shana who was quick to arrange a return via courier. If I had have known what was to come, I would have, should have used Ebays designated return. Which I highly advise when dealing with this company. As they refuse to refund in a timely manner, and be quite obnoxious. First Shana tried to scam me out of 20 quid for the return cost, when i told her it is my right to a full refund under consumer law. She tried to make out that she hadn’t read my message properly. Yeah right o. After a week of her charming personality, I decided I had to contact Ebays customer service to resolve the problem, they were a pleasure to deal with unlike toolsave who I will never deal with again and anyone reading this should do the same. As the products are of almost as low quality as the customer service when they break, and they will, Ive had lidl tools last years of use compared to the crap from this company. Avoid like the plague, and save yourself alot of time money and headaches.

Great jet wash lance ! Well made and so far lasting after 3 uses. Very quick process and happy with their delivery times
Will use the online shop again.

The only niggle that is not explained is the M22 fixing on the lance, I have had to shop around to try and make it work on a Karcher machine to fit the bayonet for those purchasing in the future.

My new table saw does a good job

worse awful Toolshit not toolsave I've order item worth £75 and ask them please use royal mail but they use slave evri because too cheap but poor service and recevied parcel but little damaged parcel by evri depot definitely I won't buy anything from them if you looking for free 3 year warranty go to einhell website are better than stupid toolsave business

I bought two items on separate occasions. Really quick and efficient service and delivered really quickly. Excellent service and good prices.

I ordered a workbench through B & Q. Delivery was very quick, unfortunatly the item was in two boxes and only one was delivered, after contacting Toolsave Ltd, the missing baox was delivered withinn 24hrs - even with this mishap, the delivery via DPD was very fast.
The hardwood workbench is excellent for use in a home workshop, but I would not consider it for heavy commercial use.
The model I purchased has two strong and useful drawers. Mine now holds woodworking chisels and Dremel tools.
This is an excellent unit for doing everything from model making, to DIY jobs needed for the house.

Bought a nail gun off amazon ,thinking it was amazon sales,used it 4 times bearing in mind only home DIY,then it broke,it didn't even last ,only after warranty was up,convenient, had a back and forth with both customer services, them and amazon,tool save charge for repair so that's more money in there pocket for a substandard product, cause it will probably break again, dont know why when you can see how many bad reviews they have had that they wouldntcwant to help customer more,seems as itsxa so called family run buisness
