I had been delivered a car that had faulty windscreen wipers, then the second car had a suspect cheap battery, the car wouldn't start and I called the break down people multiple times. In the end I was allowed to take it to the manufactures garage who said it had been fitted with a incorrect battery. When I took it to the service they told me not to bother with the advisories which for a rental you think you would car about.
STAY AWAY!
Just returned my Audi A1 3 months early due to Drive Fuze wanting the car back early as the lease agreement with their partner was fisnihed which makes no sense as they should know the return date before they give their customers vehicles. Not only did they want the car back after 3 months, they changed the date on of the return twice and was going to charge me £200 to get someone to collect it if I didn't return the car myself. They also charged me the milage to return the car from my house to the drop off location when it was agreed that I wouldn't pay this beforehand! They have also charged me excess milage whne if I had the car for the 6 months that I signed the contract for, I would of had a lot less excess milage on the car as I was told to return the car only a month before.
Stay away from this company as they will change your contract last minute and have no record of what was agreed. Also sent invoice for August when we wasn't even going to have the car! The Cheek!

Outstanding customer service
My experience with DriveFuze has been great and would highly recommend them.
The online application process which involved submitting your driving license, proof of address
etc was efficient. Sophie Mahady (Customer Account Manager) and another team member Youssef
have been thoroughly professional and incredibly helpful in finding me a
suitable car which met our requirements. I have always been able to get their support
both via phone calls and emails - they have been fantastic in dealing
with any issues which arouse - nothing was too much trouble. What an amazing team !

Delivery Charge over £400
Pretty disappointed to find that after a few days that the delivery fee would be more than double the cost shown on the site. From a user experience perspective this could be calculated quickly and easily earlier in the process to save everyone time and hassle.

Best Car Subscription so far!
We have used a subscription service to arrange an additional car for the summer for the last three years. This was our first time using DriveFuze.
The application process was smooth and I was accepted within 24 hours, a phone call to complete details and go through all of the charges which were explained well.
We hired a VW iDBuzz for a month (loved the car), we even got an upgraded model to the one we ordered for the same price. There was a slight issue with the vehicle upon delivery but the vehicle was switched out for an identical one very quickly.
Delivery and pick up, the drivers called to give us notice within an hour so we stayed local but had plenty of time to get back to sort the delivery/collection. We gave the two weeks notice as required and arranged collection for the date that our one month ended.
My deposit was returned in full within a couple of days of collection.
Unlike other subscription services, response to emails and phone calls has been swift, I have managed to speak to a person every time. I would not hesitate to use them again, probably next summer as we usually do.

Great car/service just one little niggle!
The sign up process and delivery of the vehicle was great and the customer service all along was very good. My only niggle was, I understood I needed to give 2 weeks notice to end the contract, which I did, however as the day I gave notice went beyond the 'monthly renewal date' meant I had to give nearer 4 weeks notice, or I could have let the vehicle go after 2 weeks but would have still paid for the full month. In the end I kept the vehicle for the remainder of the month.
One other point to feedback, when the car was dropped off they took circa 7-8 photos of the vehicle, however on collection there were 30+ photo's taken, I was worried that they may bring something up about the vehicle that was damaged etc which I would have no proof as there was no 'before' evidence. As it was I was 100% confident there was absolutely no damage whatsoever to the vehicle and they refunded me my deposit (less delivery charge) and a few miles that I went over the allowance.

7 seater for a month
I rented a 7 seater for a month. The process with drive fuze was straightforward and the car (Volvo XC90) was a newish model - just over a year old. Delivery - though expensive- was straightforward. I really appreciated how they were not looking to catch me out on damage when returning the vehicle - unlike most rental companies. Also, they were the only company accepting new licence holders.

Really good contact in the order process and the delivery and handover. EV is in pristine condition on hand over. So far so good.

Really easy company to deal with, always helpful. I won a three month subscription through my work and I found the whole process easy. They were very easy to get hold off and very very helpful

Great Service Overall
Great customer service. I had ordered the Formentor and since the start of the process the customer service has been really good. There were some issues along the way in regards to the car mechanically and cleanliness, but they have and currently are handling and managing it really well and regardless of the back and forth emails (mainly from me XD), they were very nice and accommodating. I want to give a special shout out to Yossef, who has been brilliant.
I can see that people are leaving bad reviews purely because they were not successful in the application or because of other charges. You shouldn't leave a review if you haven't actually received the service. And all their costs/charges are very clear on their websites and FAQs. Something that, unfortunately, people don't read. Overall, happy with the service so far.

Easy to organise
Easy to organise and for the amount of time I need a car this is a much cheaper option vs. Rental. Delivery was on the day I needed and handover was very easy as well. All in all an excellent choice when you need a car for a month or more

I wanted change, and after looking at “ Drive Fuzz”, and the reviews,my mind was made up.I applied, and , in less than a 10 working hour Window, my Citroen Application was completed, in a Transparent, Professional Manner.
