I was abit unsure on buying a car from a “used car” Dealership. How wrong could I be. Great service from start to finish and great communication through out the process. Would DEFINITELY recommend

Found a fiesta at the Teesside branch and noticed there was a problem with the clutch upon test drive. Was promised they would sort the clutch out however day before we were going to collect it they said there was no problem with the clutch and they won’t be repairing it (had it confirmed by another mechanic the clutch was about to go). This was being brought as a surprise for our sons 17th which is in 2 days so for 1 a learner driver and then a new driver to potentially drive a car for the clutch to go wasn’t going to be happening. Now we are left with no car for my sons birthday. When I went to get my deposit back they weren’t even bothered, no apology or anything. Will never set foot in the place again!!

Only getting a 1 star as that's the lowest I can give. Ever have I had a car that has caused so much stress.
Bought a Ford focus back in May last year, where after a day the engine malfunction warning came on. After a week at the garage everything was ment to be sorted. All for the shock absorber to snap as they were so rusty. We replace ourselves as was easy to do. After a day of having the car back the engine malfunction light came back on. This car was going back a forth for 3 months when it was ment to be sorted due to the MAF sensor. Well another 6 months later and we have to now fork out for another MAF sensor. Do I believe this was fixed? Do I hell.

We were ment to received the paperwork of all these "fixes" that apparently happened over the 3 months and received nothing.

I will never use this car dealers again.

Extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism of this dealership. Engine light come on 8 weeks after purchasing the car which I was advised had been tested and prepared. Cost me £288 to have serviced and repaired. Radiator was -40, oil only 37%, not been changed or topped up, air filter had not been changed, was filthy. As the radiator was -40 it was causing petrol to deplete very quickly resulting in having to fill the tank every 3 days. Was told as the car hadn't done a further 6000 from the point they received it (information I was refused upon request) they were not obliged to carry out a full service of the vehicle. I was shown under the bonnet (by an independent mechanic) where screws were rusting due to not being touched for so long. There were fees not explained (on an itemised bill I was never shown during purchase, but handed to me on the day of picking up the car in a plastic wallet with other paperwork) plus several other issues with the paperwork and recording of data. Given all the issues/stress encountered I was offered a 'goodwill gesture' of £387 which was the £288 service and repair I paid after I purchased the car, plus the admin fee of £98 (apparently £82.50 plus vat) which was not explained at any point during the sale of the car. This offer was sent to me in writing under 'strict' understanding that if I accepted the above payment this situation was to remain confidential and never to be repeated. I have not accepted this offer and would not recommend using this dealership.

Brilliant service, wry helpful. Jack looked after us and really did his best to ensure I got the best service and the quickest as this was important to me.

Great service car was as described and prepared to a high standard, would recommend and definitely use again.

Came down from Scotland and got a great deal on a one year old Insignia that could not be matched up north.

So many issues with this company I would warn anyone to stay well clear. Cannot even respond to court proceedings professionally. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

At the point of sale, you can’t fault this company. Jack Parkes is, on the face of it, honest and courteous. It is after the sale which a company should honestly be ranked. I have purchased a car which has suffered a major fault which required £7000 to repair. The one year warranty is purely a selling point. My claim has been declined by the warranty company because the parts on my car are “ worn out with age and use “ I traded in a perfectly good, reliable car and got something which currently sits in a garage yard undriveable. I depend on my car for the daily 92 mile round trip for work. Driven have offered no help whatsoever, I’d hoped as it was just over six months, they would at least make a good will gesture and contribute to the repair costs but, nothing. As I have said, at the point of sale they can’t do enough it’s the after sales that show the true colours of this company. Never again.

This is our second vehicle with Driven.
The care and attention we were given was second to none, we were kept in the loop throughout the whole process.

They also went above and beyond to get us the best deal.
A shout out to Carl who dealt with us, very down to earth and easy to talk to.

All in all a very pleasant experience 😊
