Bought a C-Class from here last week, customer service was brilliant and there was no pressure what so ever, they let you have a look around and check over the cars without hanging over you.
They put on a fresh mot and service for me also.

Disgraceful
Told me I was getting a great deal on my car (I don’t know anything about car so trusted a friend who worked there)
Told me my £7.500 car was a great deal and wouldn't get better. Had my car valued today after having it 11 months for them to tell me it’s only worth £3.500.
This company sold me a £7.500 for at the time only being worth roughly £4000!

An excellent experience
On arrival my fiance and I had the very best service from a young man named Jack from the Driven car showroom in Thornaby, we both chose a car to buy and from start to finish thoroughly enjoyed our experience.
