Quick & competent
Driver showed up within 40 minutes and changed the front driver tire that had a blow out. We were on the I20 headed to Dallas and there was a lot of high speed traffic. I prayed over him. Thanking of we were all safe and protected.

Stuck in a garage
Roadside assistance did an amazing job. My car’s battery was completely dead & someone from roadside was able to revive my car within the next hour. I would highly recommend Roadside assistance and their services.

The tow operator was cool
The tow operator was cool. He was quick and efficient once he got there. However getting him there took forever. I don't know who's fault that is. Maybe the dispatchers. All I know is that I had about $1000 of perishables in the vehicle and they took what seemed like an eternity to get there.

I called my Ins co for a tow and got connected to this Drive Roadside company. I waited 2+ hours and the driver finally came and provided the tow. I carry tow insurance but was charged $242 for this tow. How do I get my money back. Been trying for 3 months to speak with someone and keep getting the runaround. Help!!!!! bac

AAA membership not honored
The tow itself was fine. However, I have AAA who contacted you to assist me. AAA told me the tow would be free on my plan. Why did you charge me $225.00? How can I get this refunded?

We had a previous oil change that same day and the guys did not screw back on the screws under the carriage so the carriage came open, making us unable to drive roadside assistance helped us took less than 40 minutes. Great job.

78 year old, out of gas in new truck . ntleman that came to help me was…
The gentleman that came to help me was wonderful, patient & kind. My new truck & I knew very little about it, thus running out of gas.
I am not happy about the charge, I have road side assistance with State Farm & I was told by 2 different people, there would be no charge. I should have been told when they answered that they did not take insurance. I have filed a claim, if it is not reversed, I will also dispute it with my visa Co. Ty

Well the wait time was about an hour…
Well the wait time was about an hour and 45 mins, but the guy who came to help me, Cass from Afterdark Towing was awesome! He got my spare tire on my car and made sure it had appropriate pressure and put my bad tire in my trunk. So my overall experience was wonderful!

Nightmare customer service
We needed roadside assistance at 2AM for my daughters car. We needed an allen wrench to remove the tire and did not have one. We utilized the service, scheduled a tire change. The person showed up after 55 minutes. We were able to track that part. They also did not have the tools to remove the tire and suggested a tow. Since I initiated a tire change, the tech told me he had to cancel it. That was fine, I assumed the fee would apply to the tow. He said no. Then changed 153 for a tow. So the 179 I paid for roadside was for absolutely nothing. Being that it was about 3:30AM I just agreed to pay him. Tried to request a refund from DriverRoadside has been an absolute nightmare. All numbers listed go to the same area, AI person who only directs you to a team to assist if you need service. No one responds to their billing assistance email I sent. So I am out the 179.
To sum it up, if you are 100% sure what service you need. The site may work for you. If you choose the wrong option, tire change and need a tow good luck with getting anything applied from the money you initially give over.

A very bad experience
A very bad experience. Tracked service based on ETA for service provider. Called and no provider had been dispatched. Total scam. Next ETA another 75 minutes. Cancelled request to find it will still cost $99. In the midst of car trouble, I didn’t read the fine print. What a scam! Horrible communications and even fabricating that help was on the way. Don’t risk your time, money or car. The website works well, and they get your money.
