Deadset rubbish service so inaccurate has caused nothing but drama for my tax return, use pen and paper much easier and no drama and cost involved.

Really Really, Helpful I use it pretty much every day, worth the buying the subscription.

I forgot to save location of my friend's summer house and went for shopping. As driversnote is saving all my trips - I could easily see where I came from to return there. And it's even with the free account!

Poor customer service. Charging for an annual subscription renewal BEFORE the actual renewal date, so that the subscription can’t be cancelled for another year. Customer service phone line is disconnected, only option is to email but no one responds until the credit card company stops payment. Terrible business practices

I'm having so many problems, it forgets to add trips. Suddenly starts half way of the trip and when you want to change starting point it says inserted address is to far away so you have to do it manally on a computer when you are back. If the company did not force me to use it say don't purchase as it is not worth the money if cost.

stopped abb after a month, but still 6 months later we are charged NOK 130 every month.
we have been in contact with customer service several times, but they are unable to stop abb. Unfortunately, we have deleted the app and cannot log in
but has given information about payment cards and sent in receipts. but still we are charged. month after month

Rip off- an app purely to record mileage …… not worth it.

12 euro's per month is ridiculous, they will tell you this after you use the app already. Very annoying.

Great app but dissapointed with the beacon in the car. Often doesn't track my journeys when it should. I like all the reports it can create but the mileage count beacon is far better and more reliable contesting automatically to my phone. Lots of positives with this app but not sure I will renew my annual subscription

The system works fine and reliably, reporting is ready also as in excel format and time stamp and settings helps you to get what you need for your travel expenses.

Driversnote is such an easy system to use, and staff are fantastic to deal with, the few times I've contacted them they have always dealt with me with respect and resolved issues quickly.

Den glemmer ture hver dag, skal huske at tilføje dem manuelt, det er ikke holdbart. Har haft kontakt med men lige lidt hjælper det. Mit råd, hold jer væk, find et alternativ. Ideen bag, tankegangen er noget god, men det skal jo virke, det gør det bare ikke.

tænk de vil have penge for et produkt der skiver alle mulige steder hvor jeg ikke har vært 50% af gangen. Selv samme tur når jeg køre hjem af samme rute kan der lige komme 10 km ekstra på sammen vej man har kørt. Kan ikke anbefale dette produkt efter som det ikke overholder reglerne for en kørebog.

Produktet fejler ikke noget, de har bare gjort servicen utrolig ringe. Jeg har den gratis udgave, og jeg blev kontaktet af firma om hvorfor jeg ikke købte deres abonnement, og det er ganske enkelt fordi jeg synes det er for dyrt. Nu har de så ændret i appen så man kun har 15 ture, og fjernet den funktion hvor man kunne de samlede km på privat og erhverv. Altså en funktion man blev lovet var tilgængelig, også på den gratis del. Så det kan vel tolkes som om man skal tvinges til et abonnement for at bruge de funktioner de lovede var gratis.

Når produkt app virker er det et rigtigt godt værktøj; men når den sættes til at køre auto i baggrunden på telefon, så fejler appen uden du får melding - Derved registreres kørsel ikke og så er det ubrugeligt.
