i had a specific question about a hard to find seal for a double cardan joint. I asked a representative my questions through the chat window and was pleasantly surprised to be talking to a person and not a bot. My question was answered promptly and the correct seal was sent fast. Cant ask for anymore, and I will be doing business again!
