As stated on the website, the app does exactly as described. Easy to use, minimal cost and troubleshooting support has been responded to within 24hrs. Highly recommend.

I have been very pleased with the customer support services with DRmare software. I have had a number of issues with my registration and configuration and just not understanding why I could not get the songs to download without an error. The support team was able to provide detailed directions more than once to get everything working for me again. I am a very satisfied customer.

**Scam**

Advertises multiple payment options including PayPal but only takes credit card.

Advertises that software works on MacOS 10 and higher but did not work on MacOS 16.

Emailed customer support and no reply.

The company obviously spends a lot of energy investing in appearing legit online but it is a complete scam. I've cut my losses and changed my streaming password and credit card.

DRmare has excellent product support. I ran into an issue that turned out to be due to my upgrading my computer to a new machine, and they were able to identify the issue and fix it overnight.

Great software and customer supports. It is just convenient for me to have MP3 music file so that I can listen to music anywhere, even without Internet connection. DRmare music converter for Tidal works great. When I need some support due to my computer issue, not their software issue, the customer support responses have been very quick and very helpful. Highly recommened.

Before 2025, this software was great. You could convert a PURCHASED iTunes audio file and convert it to MP3 without any problem. I purchased a "lifetime license" and used it a few times to convert audio files I bought from iTunes. In 2025, DRmare changed the software so that its "lifetime license" - only functions if you pay an additional subscription fee of $10.99 a month. If you opt out of the subscription, there is no service. Their website is misleading because they don't mention the subscription fee is required to convert files after you pay for the license. "Lifetime license" is meaningless since I purchased it for a product that no longer exists. It's irrelevant that I bought it 6 years ago...6 years isn't a lifetime. What good is a license for a product that completely changes the terms to get more money out of you. Ridiculous. Please note, all the five star reviews pre-date the software change. If you're seeing 2023 rave reviews, they no longer apply.

This is an update to respond to the reply DRMare posted below my review. Nowhere on DRMare's site for the product do they mention the change that requires the buyer to pay a monthly subscription fee. They continue to market the product the same way they always did. Secondly, most Android users can listen to M4a files now without having to convert them, and if you still want to convert them you can do so using free apps (which work for most songs, not audiobooks). There's no value in buying a license from DRMare, which is basically "Apple Music Sales" for an additional $10.99 a month. Additionally, do not fall for their M4V conversion software because that never worked even before Apple changed its terms. All it did was create an audio file of a movie. I got suckered into that one too, like a lot of people did. Complete waste of money.
