Dropped Kerb Planning Avaliações

We got planning approval on first attempt despite a drawn out process by the council and a fairly complicated set of circumstances. The process with Dropped Kerb Planning was easy and worked exactly how it was described. Would recommend to others.

DKP helped us through the entire process. Her experience and expertise was so reassuring and she stayed positive and helpful throughout. What could have been an overwhelming process was made straight forward and easy to understand with DKP's invaluable help and we were delighted to have a successful result despite unpromising prospects.

Definitely recommend! Maria handle everything very professionally, quick response if you have any questions. And most important you will get positive results! Thank you 🤩

Very happy with the service, i simply sent all the relevant documentation to Maria and she handled the rest. Happy to leave a 5 star review, would recommend.

This was never going to be easy, the Local Authority are notorious for being difficult and with the application being in a Conservation Area, we were up against it.
Rachel and I worked on the initial application and then the strategy for overcoming their objections and finally after 13 months, we have been successful.
Rachel was great, very responsive and supportive, I would be happy to recommend Rachel to anybody.

Excellent service from this company. Application was approved first time with no hassle or fuss. Many Thanks.

Rachel @DKP was a pleasure to deal with and took a lot of hassle away from me.
Rachel also wrote an accompanying letter to our local council on my behalf explaining exactly why we were requesting an extension to our dropped kerb.

The letter was written very professionally and worded much better than I would have done it, it was the sort of quality you would expect from a Solicitor.

So if you need dropped kerb advice give Rachel @ DKP a call

Rachel has been absolutely amazing in dealing with our drop kerb application! Nothing has been too much hassle, amendments to our documents & drawings were done the same day. Replies were quick and she made everything super easy to understand. Highly recommend!

Many thanks to Rachel, and the team at Dropped Kerb Planning. My project was passed at the LPA due to their help with drawings and knowledge of the process. Very professional company.

Rachel, at Dropped Kerb Planning, has been absolutely excellent. From first point of contact to delivery of my drawings, the service has been efficient, professional, competitively priced and reassuring friendly too. I was given the choice of communicating either by telephone or email and Rachel kept me up-to-date as to progress throughout. She promised drawings within 7 working days and she kept to that timescale. I can highly recommend Rachel and her company. They specialise in exactly what I needed and made everything very easy for me as well as providing some additional advice which was outside of the original remit. Thank you very much, Rachel!
