Great Shop!
I have dealt with Drumwright for more years than I care to remember and have consistently found them to be friendly, efficient and very helpful. Added to that, they offer a very varied product range and an unparalleled depth of knowledge which is useful when something obscure needs to be found!

Still waiting for a response
I have contacted this company several times asking for an estimated delivery date, placed a £1200 order and no emails, nothing... it's frustrating as working in customers service, we aim to contact all customers back within 24 hours.
It's now the 3rd email and it's not making me want to shop with them again
EDIT:
Company got in contact with me,
Order came, all put together, well packaged and delivery driver was great too, some boxes were damaged. But apart from that, a much better service when they communicated.
