I buy 4 6.25 Speaker wen they arrived 2 of them was bent I email them and after few questions they sent me a new ones

I Love My Pro-X 6.5Bm's. There Very Loud Just Like How I Like My Music. Shipping Was Ok But Due To Them Being Out Of Stock On What I Originally Order I Had To Wait Almost 2 Weeks For My Order To Be Shipped And I'm A VERY IMPATIENT PERSON. But They Fixed Everything. The 18 gauge wire was to small for me so I order 16 gauge speaker wire from somewhere else. But other that I'm in love with my speakers I order. Cant wait until I put them on a amp so they can really scream. Thanks Ds18. Team Ds18 For Life.

Great prices and products. Installed an amp and speakers on the Harley. Called customer service for some technical support and they quickly provided me with the information.

Have no experience with the products as they are scheduled to arrive later today but am incredibly pleased with the customer service I received from Anthony. I have spoken to him on several occasions and he has taken his time to explain to a complete novice just about everything I felt I needed to know in order to correctly put together three systems for three boats. He also left me knowing to feel free to contact him with any further questions throughout the installation process.

Wonderful speakers. I have several. And all sound great. Mids, tweeters, subs, and all are just as good if not better than other more expensive brands. The bad is their shipping and customer service. They take forever to get you your order. Customer service is slow to answer you if they answer at all.

If you can get past the slow shipping and spotty customer service, the product itself is great.

They say a few days late? I placed the order on the 4th of Oct. They confirmed it on the 5th. Shipped same day. Plus marks right? Wrong. I received the item on the 18th. Quite awhile. And with paying $14.99 on shipping costs. This could be a fluke but my first order I placed that came from DS18 had the same terrible shipping results of overly late with the package going in loops.

You say I contacted you too much and had nothing else to say? Use a different shipping service…..try something different…. I don’t know.

But your lackadaisical attitude and rude emails back to me and the response to this post lost yourself a customer. I’d rather buy Skar from now on due to just that. Sad, your speakers are great.

It took a long time to arrive, and the customer service is slow to respond to questions. BUT their product's are top top tier. Well as the saying goes "Good things are worth the wait". In this case it rings true.

I got H11 LED beam headlights for my wife, and she loves them so much she's got me back here on the site ordering some high beams... Very impressed with the light disbursement, brightness, and color temp, all in a small enough package to fit behind the OEM headlight assembly covers.

Love ds18 products but after you buy them it’s impossible to get help needed

It took about a week to get the recone kit I needed posted on the site. They got it done though, and that speaks volumes in my opinion. I think that I will definitely be buying more audio equipment from DS18. Their products are good and their customer service is as well.

I have placed 2 orders from DS18. One the order came damaged and it took 2weeks to get settled. The other I received the products had a question on one of the products. I am waiting on an answer I had on a question that the installer had. I have been waiting on that call for 2 weeks now. Someone told me I needed to talk to Sales. Transferred me to a voicemail and I haven’t heard back. So as good as the products are I have ordered the customer service could use some help. I hope this helps someone.

I bought I hydro speakers 3 sets was around 3k buy when I needed the clamp they didn’t have sent me the wrong one and been trying to return and it’s be so hard to get in contact with return department
