Website says every order ships out in 24 hours was relying on that to make a show. Well I guess 24hrs means 4 days.

This is my 5th order from DS18 and my items have always shipped within 24 business hours from the time I placed my orders. We are loving the sound these speakers are producing in our 2018 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon.

Placed order 9 days ago. When order was placed said shipped in 24 hours. Order wasn't shipped until I called and got an answering service that forwarded an email of my call. Then I chatted and asked for expedoted shipping to be told it's not offered and that DS18 had been closed for 6 days.

I will never order directly from DS18 again. On the website it shows “in stock ready to ship in 24hrs” yeah okay. They either don’t have the product or product never ships. I had to buy my ds18 products from Amazon and get it same day or next day. I would not recommend ordering directly from ds18 and save yourself the headaches.

Lack of installation and wiring instructions, odd speaker design, the supplied tweeters did not fit the provided holes and the subs blew less than two weeks in when running the amp at less than 30% of gain. The enclosure seems to be well built and the amp worked well before the subs gave out

I ordered the JL-SBAR22 loaded. The speakers and the soundbar come separate so there is a little bit of installing and wire splicing that needs to occur between the speakers and the sound bar wiring. Also, no screws come with the tweeters to install them onto the soundbar (easy fix with some wood screws I had) I had the upgraded factory Alpine system in my 2018 JL 2dr and it was not good. This worked directly with the factory wiring and amp and is exactly what I was looking for. I haven't tested out the lighting as I am waiting for the sub/tailgate combo to be delivered so I can wire it in all together. The only thing that could have made this better is if it would have come completely assembled so I could have plug and played right out of the box. Still 5 stars and I am very happy with how it sounds.

Good communication throughout the whole process after I placed my order. I misread something in the shipping notification and they were quick to respond with clarification.

I ordered 2 6 1/2” subs 2 6 1/2” loudspeakers and a 1800 watt 4 channel amplifier. DS18 got it out for shipping very quickly with no problems. Sent tracking # so I could track my package and love doing all my car audio needs through this company . I recommend you use DS18 also
