Website is hard to use and slow on a mobile device

Appreciate the help to get all the amp counts and my order correct.

My speakers came in broken. I was instructed to return which I have. This was the beginning of August. Have not heard a peep from anyone about a replacement or refund. Will never buy from them again! Buyer beware

2 stars is because the brackets that secure sub boxes require SERIOUS modifications, this just does not bolt right in. There is no hole in bracket for pillar nipple, holes for bolts do not line up, and bracket has to be cut to allow other nipple in pillar to fit back in hole.i could only use two bolt holes in speaker box to secure to bracket, Once you do all this, the seat once clicked back in place is a pain to get to release again. As far as workmanship in boxes that's a 5 star. I have a 2020 jeep JLU Rubicon.

Paid $1000 for DS18 Wake tower speakers back in June and and come to find out the mounts don't fit at all wake tower tubes. Was highly disappointed that the mounts didn't come with options for different size mounting tubes like, JL audio, wet sound or Kicker does. Then, I get a notification that they now have mounts for the tower speakers 3 months later that are $180 extra fee and not available in white, but they sell white, red and black speakers. What a garbage run company and horrible customer support. I will never recommend or buy DS18 ever again.

I was on an email list for a sound bar package that was out of stock. I receive an email that states that it was back in stock so I then ordered it. When I received the 2 shipments it was missing 2 of the 6 speakers. I called customer service number and they had no clue what I was asking, but took a message. After waiting two days I then sent an email and waiting almost another 2 days for some one to open a case and let me know they are on back order. It has now been almost a month and the only update I received is after I emailed for an update. I gave two stars because I believe the quality is good, still need the rest of the equipment to really give true rating. If you have never really installed this kind of equipment I would like to send you prayers and luck your way because the directions sent are really nothing helpful. Hope to have the system installed "fully" at some point. I would say that DS18 could use some work on communication.

I still have not gotten them after a month and a half of ordering.

My only problem is shipping is slow when on there home page they say quick shipping within 24 hours. I'm waiting for 2 orders to ship one is 6 days the other is 3.
