I placed an order back on September 26th 2025, i was emailed the following day telling me my package would be sent out the 29th(which i was totally ok with) since then my label was created like typically and was never updated from there, so one of two things happened. Dubby never dropped the package off actually at usps and lost it themselves, or usps never scanned the package in and lost it, i've emailed the first time Oct. 1st stating hey, ive had no update on my label it says to wait 24 hours and check, i had waited 48 at that point. Ive emailed them since the first twice, getting only 1 replay via support which looks like a scripted cold out of touch answer. i told them if i didnt have an update soon i would cancel and never use them again. They have no gone another 27 hours and not even responded to me, prompting me into writing this now. This is on going. my package has still never been even received my package and instead of dubby filing a claim and resending my package and maybe updating shipping has left me in the dark and gave me a bullshit "when we hear something we will tell" automated response once. I wanted to support dubby from watching a local to me streamer (odablock) and wanting to support him and this company which could provide a better alternative than soda. i had exchanged emails prior with the owner anthony and told him i was between jobs and once i got settled and on my feet i would be excited to order from them. This is the exact opposite experience i was hoping for, and i will probably never spend a single penny with this company again. There are plenty of others who would answer you in a timely fashion and provide a product in a timely manner or fix it on them and not place the bullshit on the consumer who supports them. if i could lower this rating from a one star to a half or even a negative review i would. i am highly disappointed with dubby as a whole.

I loved the product, but one of my two shaker cups (I have bought 3 tubs and 3 shakers) would leak when I shaked the drink in it. I emailed their support. They asked for more information and asked me to try two things. I told them I did those things and no matter what there is a small gap on the bottom thread. Then they wanted me to create a video SHOWING me putting the lid on and shaking it showing the leakage. I sent a link to the video(too big to attach) and told them how support SHOULD HAVE WENT IS, "We are sorry you had this experience, we will send out a replacement shaker, when you get it send us back the defective one".

Unresponsive customer service. I returned an (unopened) product nearly a month ago to Dubby GG, but they have still not issued me a refund nor a proper update. They just keep replying “we are working on it” via email every other week. The tracking number shows the package was delivered, but their unwillingness to issue a refund in a timely manner is unacceptable and unprofessional.

Love them. I accidentally ordered the wrong flavor (my fault) but their customer service team was so quick to help with the return and reorder. Really appreciate that in today’s electronic world

I love taking dubby while working instead of coffee , flavors are amazing !!!

My first order with Dubby didn’t go smoothly. It showed up late and was missing an item, which was disappointing for a first-time customer. I reached out to support expecting a slow response, but I was surprised by how quickly they got back to me.

They apologized, explained the mix-up, and sent a replacement right away with a bonus item added in. The second package came fast and was perfect.

On top of that, the product itself is legit. Tastes great, clean energy, no crash, and way better than the usual stuff I’ve tried.

What could have been a dealbreaker actually made me trust the brand more. Customer service like that is rare, and it earned my loyalty.

Switched from energy drinks to dubby and so far so good I haven't bought Celsius In about 10 days and I usually will get one every morning so as of right now it may be my full time replacement

been a loyal customer of the brand for almost 5 years and have had easily 20+ interactions with there customer support person and social media manager and anyone who is upset with them probably did something they are leaving out in their review lol
Dont subscribe to their monthly delivery and get mad if you forget to cancel, just buy the one time products like i do. buy only when you need to restock

Scam subscription company. This is your stereotypical “free” trial instagram ad into an autoenrolled subscription purchase. Which the they refuse to cancel even before they process and ship it.
Then when you get the scam product them send it in a bag so it is damaged. They refuse to replace it so when you return it their awful website is vague and riddled with instructions to they can blame you for now following their “email us for return instructions”. In all my years of purchasing products I never had to wait for instructions from a company to return a product.

Then when you return the product they string you along saying they have no way of tracking the package to know it was return.

Do not give this terrible company and it’s disrespectful “owner” child your money.

They recently scammed me, I ordered a “free trial” but in the process got signed up for a subscription which I did not know about until I randomly got charged 50 dollars

Like others have said, they scam people with their sample pack which is free but when ordered will automatically sign you up for a $40 a month subscription. No one in their right minds would ever think they were signing up for this after getting one sample pack. This is an obvious deceptive marketing ploy and pretty scummy. Their customer service is very scummy too getting angry very quick. They offered no solution even though the product hasent even shipped yet.

On Saturday 10/12/24 I placed an order to help out a twitch streamer who I follow. I honestly didn't plan to use this product but to gift it to possibly help another individual out. The streamer wasn't well informed on the process and about 10 minutes after I placed an order, they let me know there was a coupon code to use instead of leaving a note on the notes for the order section..

So I immediately emailed this company to cancel the order so I can reorder it, 5-10 minutes after I placed... They responded on Sunday stating they wouldn't cancel the order as it's already in process, on a Sunday, where nothing is getting shipped because the shipping companies are closed.

They also didn't ask who the affiliate was so they could make sure they could process the actual code instead of having to cancel. Showing they don't care, they did however offer a return in which they tack on a 15% restocking fee and make the consumer pay the shipping.

So I firmly believe other reviews I've seen about them not paying the people who advertise for them.

I let them have it with a few not so nice choice words of my own and I am now letting the public know.

I have been drinking Dubby for a bit now. The flavors are great, and I’m excited to see what new ones they’ll release next

Amazing products. Been drinking them for a while now and nothing available compares. 10/10 would recommend. Tons of unique flavors too!
