Ordered a customized tire cover. I asked to preview it before it was finalized that didn’t happen. I received the item and immediately contacted them that I was not satisfied. I received an email back asking if I wanted to replace the item and get my preview. I said yes. I again contacted them to find out when that would happen I got an email asking what was my problem with. The item I received and I explained what the problem was with pictures. I received another email that I okayed the first design when I asked where is my preview and when It would be shipped. I have not heard from them again. Communication with this China based company is only by email.

I ordered a branding iron. It got to the US and bounced around, then returned to sender. I verified that the correct address was given. I emailed customer service 5 times and got zero response. Based on the reviews, I am guessing there is no such thing because they don't reply. Good luck getting what you ordered!

i ordered a branding iron and it took almost 3 weeks to arrive, when received it was spelled completely wrong. i sent them photos, they said it would be sent out spelled right. haven't heard a word from them since then. i got scammed, now have filed a claim with credit card company. do not deal with this terrorist company !!!

Would give zero stars. Ordered product for our company. Never received and emailed support. No response after many attempts. I have 3 companies and rely on quick support. I would not recommend doing business with Duckbe if you are in the United States. More reliable options here.

I ordered a branded that says “with heater” and no heater came with my order! It’s a straight handle with noting! Not even sure what you do with this bc no instructions! I had to reach out to customer service multiple times to finally get a reply that said “you ordered a straight handle” that’s it!!! No hello nothing! My order description says “straight handle with electrical heated”! I thought I was getting a straight handle with a heater!! Do not buy from here!! Spend a few extra bucks and get what you actually order from somewhere else!!!

I wanted a very special gift for my son-in- law for Father's Day. He loves to cook on the grill so I looked online for specialty items that could be personalized. I found the perfect gift for him. A branding iron for food. I ordered it early in hopes that he would receive it by Father's Day. It came the day before! I was so pleased when I opened the box. It's very high quality and most important of all, my son-in-law loves it!!! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who's looking for that special gift for someone who's hard to buy for! Thank you!!!

My ordered arrived with someone else's branding iron. I contacted the company via email with a picture of the incorrect order. No response from the company. There isn't a phone number to call in the USA. The only number listed was a Hong Kong phone number. Saying I was unimpressed is an under statement. Absolutely pitiful.

I ordered a personalized branding iron and the wording was messed up. They put part of my towns name as my name. I emailed customer service twice and never received a response

I notified the company that my branding iron was not sent to me as ordered. They had me send pictures of the iron I received and then promised to send me a replacement. I have not received a replacement as promised and they have not responded to my inquiries.

I ordered an etched mirror January 21 2025 it's February 20 2025 still no package. I've emailed several times and not one response. If there were a rating with -stars they wouldn't deserve that. Do not order from this site or store, horrible everything. 👎👎

This company is absolutely horrible…I purchased a gift several weeks later Still waiting on it not. Email them won’t respond to my emails. Won’t respond to any of my messages. Totally disgusting. Don’t order from here. this is definitely not a reliable place to order from very displayed

I ordered a branding iron sent them the image and text I wanted on it. It came only with the image no text. I reached out to the via email to only get the run around now not responding. I suggest not buying anything g from them.

Scam! Do not send them any money! Ordered a custom electric brand with a stand for a birthday gift for my son. They sent me a logo that was horribly wrong! I reached out and told them what I received. I was told to send them pictures of what I received and the order number. I did and it's been 3 weeks without any further communications from them! $250 dollars stolen! This company is a Quack! Buyer Beware.

I ordered a food brand for my son-in-law for Christmas, the first draft was incorrect, I emailed them and told them it was wrong. I never heard back from them and the next email I receive is that the order has shipped. I have yet to receive my order What a SCAM company they should be investigated.

I placed an order for my son's name to be on his blanket. When I realized the name was misspelled I emailed them right away and never got a response from them. I tried emailing them on multiple platforms they have and no one answered. Got the blanket today and the name is still misspelled. Even emailed them from the card they sent and still haven't heard anything back. Very disappointed.

Super cute onesie for baby! My baby just started fitting into 0-3 months but this will only fit for a week or two since it runs on the small side for the size range.

They were a gift but i am sure they all were great as I have bought Duckbe baby and kid clothes for years.
