What lovely rope toys they are. I bought all three, one each for my grand - fur babies and one for my new baby when she arrives. Each one has its own bag they are very cute.

Wonderful service, lovely products, quick delivery
I ordered few products and they are all of excellent quality. The service was amazing and quick delivery. Really pleased. It was my first purchase with them but I’ll be buying with them again and again.

Terrible service
Terrible service. I paid for two items on 24 January 2024. One arrived on 26 January however despite an email dated 27 January (which was answered) and emails dated 9, 13, 24 & 28 February (which remain unanswered, unfortunately), we are still waiting for the second item. I won’t rush to use these guys again.

Hi Simon, thank you for your review. We had reached out numerous times throughout this, explaining that delivery for the second item was tried more than twice, with no answer each time. This was then left in your local post office branch ready to collect. We're sorry to hear that our service has been received poorly, despite our best attempts to help you here.
Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent. My item was out of stock at the time of order but they kept me informed and sourced one within 2 weeks and dispatched it straightaway. They even included some popcorn for my dog’s birthday!

I ordered 2 lamb treats and 2 Turkey but received 4 lamb so explanation nothing so wasn’t very impressed!!

Popcorn smelt terrible my dog wouldn’t go near it ended up throwing away and hardly any crisps they also not a nice smell had to throw them away waste of money very disappointed
