I ordered bakhoor Sheeba but its not what I was expecting! The description i read before buying is bit misleading. Nothing great about this bakhoor. I am very disappointed. A refund would be appreciated.

Dear Fauziya, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that Bakhoor Sheeba wasn't the scent experience you were hoping for.
We understand that fragrance preferences are unique to each individual. While we're unable to offer refunds or replacements for products based on scent preference, we truly appreciate you giving Dukhni a try.
We hope you'll consider exploring some of our other bakhoor blends in the future, we'd love the opportunity to help you find one that's a better match for your preferences.

They are smokeless which is fantastic if people suffer from any allergies or asthma if you want your home to have a heavenly fragrance then use Dukhni tried and tested by a very satisfied customer. Beautiful Ma'amoul bakhoor
I ordered the Ma'amoul bakhoor, which is absolutely beautiful, the fragrance from the bakhoor reminds us of our visits to Egypt. Visitors often comment on the fragrances, which linger for hours. This is the second time I've purchased from Dukhni , the items are beautifully packaged & delivered within a few days from ordering.

I always buy Dukhni
I always buy Dukhni, products, as I feel that they are more authentic than a lot of the other Bakhoors, I have purchased from other brands. I have three of their burners also in different rooms in my house. I burn Dukhni, bakhoor every day.
