I recently stopped on their site through a search for my area. The online process seemed simple. The descriptions of available dumpsters was easy to follow as they have drop down menus that help guide the process and show prices. If I had any questions there's a phone number or AI Bernard assistant, if I didn't feel like calling at that moment. I appreciate all of the detailed information they supply up front. The pricing range for specific projects, Video testimonies from prior customers, and reviews. They seemed to cover every question.

Dispatch dropped the ball
Unit was dropped off as planned. Dispatch did fail to give the actual driver the instructions and pictures of where to drop it off, which, I was told by dispatch, was extremely helpful. Luckily driver called me and I was able to leave work to show him. So much for that. I requested the unit be picked up the following Monday. This was confirmed by dispatch on Friday. Monday came and unit was not picked up. Tuesday I was told that a truck breakdown prevented them from picking it up on Tuesday also and it was scheduled to be picked up on Wednesday. That is the common excuse used every time someone screws up and a truck is involved. What was the excuse for not picking it up on Tuesday? I’ll never know.
