The jumper I ordered was totally different in colour to the grey one I received. They explained it was because of the lighting. I’m afraid Grey is not Oyster under any light. I am a size Small and ordered Medium. This came up quite small. I have not returned it as it was on the sale and is not worth the postage costs I would incur.

I tried to order a second sweater at the same time in different colour but you would charge me another 3.99 delivery with is very unfair

The items were labeled incorrectly should have been XXL turned out to be large. Packaging was poor one item in clean bag other not wrapped at all.

Ordering and delivery were excellent but sadly the sizing of jumpers was lacking, I rang and asked which size I should order for my chest size of 44inches and was told xl but when they arrived they were far too small, return was easy and xxl arrived but these were far too long looking like a mini dress. Return and refund was easy.

Order was lost, but I did not hear from the company until I reached out to ask for a status update (two weeks later). I am giving 2 stars rather than 1 as they replied quickly and provided a refund. However, if I hadn't reached out I don't think they would have taken action as in their system it was still listed as purchased (no shipping processing, etc.)
