Our buyers used Heyes as well so I was able to meet the surveyor during their survey ahead of ours being done on the property we are buying. Very comprehensive survey and easy to follow report! 230030

Heyes have been brilliant to deal with, very clear communication, quick responses and detailed explanations. Our surveyor Meagan was brilliant, really detailed and she honestly couldn't have done more to help and ensure we understood everything - worth every penny and would highly recommend.

Avoid. Generally poor overall. Late to appointment, stayed 30 mins, at a push. Then two weeks pass with no report. Only received after chasing twice.

Raised a complaint and got one defensive reply. No response to last email.

the survey i received failed to identify, massive damp issues, a failed roof section, the fact the central heating system did not work - Eng stated it hadn't worked for a 'long time'.
i could go on....!

Complaint still awaiting resolution.

Seems to be a great company (debatable) until you have an issue. I made a formal complaint on 01/12/2022. Unfortunately the response I’ve had from this company has been awful they’ve used my personal and corporate details in responses on trustpilot and tried to make me feel guilty by stating my bad review will affect employees livelihoods and families. They have been argumentative refuse to enter into any open discussions and definitely not followed RICS guidance on complaint handling.

I have had to chase twice for a response to my complaint on the days which they said they would respond by and now it is apparently with legal advisors and will be another month.

90 days to deal with a complaint where other surveyors I have spoken to have stated it is clear negligence and will put that in writing is not okay when myself and my very young children are in a dangerous environment. I have asked for the surveyors asbestos awareness training certificate since December and this still has yet to be provided.

No phone call, no emails without me chasing, no empathy for the situation.

Cannot stress enough the amount of unprofessionalism I have received. Please avoid this company they have caused so much undue stress to a young family and I am sure I will get an abrupt unprofessional response to this review yet again.

They are now trying to get my review removed saying I have reviewed the wrong company. They will try anything it’s absolutely disgraceful.

I spoke with Heyes on the phone and by email and every time they were very clear, efficient and knowledgeable. I felt very secure going with them for my survey and was very pleased with the thorough results I received. I could understand it well and knew what steps I needed to take next. As a first home buyer, this was invaluable and I am so pleased I found them,

I was very anxious about the surveying process, I explained this to the gentleman who came to do my survey and he was very kind to me and explained the process and checked in with me regularly to see if I had any questions. The final report was very detailed.

Very professional, survey was run very fast with a very detailed report. Surveyor spoke to me over the phone to check if anything specific worries me. Will definitely recommend.

Awful survey quality and behaviour of the firm just terrible, they wouldn't answer directly any concerns or questions and didn't respond to a formal complaint. They basically fob you off and then do a reinspection to cover themselves from the first bad survey.

The report is very detailed and easy to read. Provide reasonable suggestion and clear analysis. Mr Frederick Kong is so kind and helpful to answer our questions relate to the report and property.

I contacted Heyes because of their reviews on trust pilot and I can say the service I got from them was really good, the report came in quickly and it was easy to understand. The surveyor was also quite helpful to explain any concerns I had.

They had good communication, and the survey was clear and easy to read. I was unable to meet anyone since I requested the survey from overseas, but they took care of everything and they gave me no reason to be worried about their service. I'd recommend them.

I applied for a Grade 3 Building survey. The whole team was very professional. The staff was very friendly and booked a surveyor straight away when the payment was made and the I got a detailed survey report the next day after the survey. Very pleased with the whole team.

Excellent service - was a little sceptical about what the quality would be as they were the most price competitive from my search, but completed the survey within a few days of ordering, with the report available the following week. Very very thorough and detailed analysis. Wholly recommend.
