Esperienza PESSIMA!

Ho acquistato un abito taglia 44, quando mi è arrivato mi sono resa conto essere grande. Pensavo di poter fare il cambio taglia come tutti gli altri siti.

Per poterlo fare dovevo:
1 rispedirlo in Cina a carico mio
2 mi avrebbero rimborsato l’80% del vestito pagato.
3 avrei dovuto acquistare nuovamente un vestito.

Praticamente ci avrei rimesso un sacco di soldi.

Tramite email rispondono in modo molto sgarbato con frasi tipo:

“Se non restituisci il vestito, non possiamo rimborsarti tutti o la maggior parte dei soldi, no?”

(Io volevo restituirlo ovviamente, ma senza perdere tutti quei soldi)

O ancora:

“Vi abbiamo detto molte volte che il ritorno potrebbe essere costoso. Hai capito?”

“ Se la tua forma del corpo non è abbastanza standard e l'abito non si adatta perfettamente, è anche normale. Molte donne non sono di fisico standard. Ma non puoi dire che abbiamo fatto la taglia sbagliata. Non e' colpa nostra”

Ma ci rendiamo conto???

Ciliegina sulla torta, mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero fatto tenere il vestito rimborsandomi una piccola parte, SOLO SE AVESSI CANCELLATO LE RECENSIONI NEGATIVE.

Questo sito è incommentabile. Non comprate qui!!!

Abito arrivato nei tempi, ben fatto! Come da foto Assistenza clienti ok, rispondono alla mail.

Ordered shoes that haven't fit, when trying to return them, they want to charge me postage I have already paid when buying the shoes, postage for sending them back(this I have no problem with) and then they only give partial refund! That is from a website claiming EASY RETURNS! AVOID!!

Ho acquistato una pochette argentata per accompagnare lo splendido abito che mi hanno fatto su misura. Bellissima e perfetta insieme al vestito. Arrivato in pochissimi giorni, perfettamente confezionata, elegante e con la tracolla.

Ho acquistato di corsa questo vestito su misura mancavano dieci giorni al matrimonio a cui dovevo partecipare. Ma è arrivato nei tempi stabiliti e sono molto felice perche si adatta perfettamente al mio corpo. Lo consiglio vivamente, e poi ha un'infinità di vestiti e colori tra cui scegliere.

Ho indossato il vs vestito per il matrimonio di mia sorella 💞mi hanno fatto TUTTI i complimenti BELLISSIMO ED ELEGANTE 😍 Consiglio a tutte 💗

You need to be certain that you want these dresses and are going to keep them. Our experience was awful. We contacted the company before we ordered, as we wanted to be sure we could return them if necessary. They assured us it was easy. Please make sure you read very carefully the returns policy . Trying to return them is an absolute nightmare. You not only have to pay for the shipping, but they also take a further 30% off, as well as shipping in China, you will certainly be out of pocket.

Ho acquistato un vestito per un matrimonio. Ho scelto le misure personalizzate ed il risultato ha superato le aspettative. Arrivato nei tempi previsti.

Ho ordinato un vestito il 6/6/25, con spedizione rapida. Non mi è stata data nessuna informazione lo stato della consegna. Ho inviato due e mail senza nessuna risposta

Do not get near this company. They advertise certain time on the website then someone sends an email with completely different dates. When I asked to cancel my order they asked me to pay an additional £20 for faster shipping but they won’t tell me when it’s going to be shipped or arrival time! That’s their response to a cancellation email, then they went on saying that they have already made the dresses within 3 hours of submitting my order🤣 and they need to deduct a certain amount, again nothing is clear and it’s a complete rip off! They use English names to advertise for their website by they’re Chinese and completely dishonest and scammy!

Don’t be fooled by the country in the URL, everything is shipped from China.

Dresses arrived that were completely the wrong colour. Apparently it’s not a “quality problem” and they can’t issue a refund despite the dresses not matching the shades that were on the website (at all, by the way. Despite Duntery saying colours are subjective).

Then when returning, they suggested to write the declared value under £20, even though the dress is worth £90, to avoid tariffs. Con artists.

Will not be using again, and I urge people to stay away.

It was super easy for me to find a dress in the color and size I needed, I was able to track the dress and it arrived on time so I'm very satisfied! The dress fit perfectly, it was a little long but with heels it's perfect length! Beautiful color and style!

Abiti fantastici, ho ricevuto complimenti da tutti .Ho acquistato 2 abiti e in futuro non esiterò ad acquistare nuovamente. Consiglio vivamente. Colori e taglia fedeli
