Package was left in the middle of my entry way for all to see. Not good for porch pirates. How about walking one more foot and placing it off to the side so people can't see from the street?

I can't figure out how to hook up the device to my hose. I must be missing an attachment. Just frustrated that I finally got it and couldn't use it.

If we could give this a negative star we would. Save your money. Not worth the plastic it’s made from. Rip-off

Delivery was great I was kept informed of tracking etc.
Unfortunately this is more than can be said about the extortionately overpriced underwhelming product. Feel really let down, too expensive to return with shipping costs and 20% restocking fee. Definitely miss selling of product which is just a spray nozzle for a hose pipe. Making any reference to a jet washer is quite frankly ridiculous.

Soon after I ordered the product, I called to cancel. After being on the line a long time, I decided to email. Nobody every responded and the product was shipped. The product does not perform as demonstrated on the video. I would like to return it for a refund. I can provide a copy of the email. Tried to paste it in here but it doesn't allow me to.

Most disappointing; the water pressure is very poor. A waste of money. I will be returning and seeking a refund.

Arrived pretty much in time frame expected from this service close enough and in working order everthing just fine with me ok 👍 thumbs up no issues with my order.

Need Everything necessary to attach the power sprayer. I don't have an adapter that attaches the hose to the sprayer. That should be included since hoses always have a male fitting on the end.

Now I need to shop at Home Depot and hopefully find one.

It's not as advertised at all. Not worth the money. Im so disappointed that I was scamed. Again!

The product works as advertised but is a personal cooling fan that does seem to push cold air, again, as advertised. But, it is a bit pricey for what you get. It could be priced more at a $30 or $40 range. I will be testing it more this summer.

Hatte mich über die schnelle Lieferung gefreut um meinem Rücken etwas gutes zu tun. Leider musste ich nach der Anschließung an die Steckdose feststellen, dass das Produckt nicht funktioniert. Es leuchtet zwar schön, aber danach tut es gar nichts weiter. Zuerst leuchtet es nach Anschluss rot, bei längerem gedrückt halten (laut Anleitung) dann grün. Es sollte sich nun aufpumpen, warm werden und massieren. Nichts von alledem ist passiert. Ich habe nun ein Rückgabeformular der Firma ausgefüllt und verschickt. Eine Bestätigung habe ich auch erhalten. Je nach weiterer Erfahrung der Reture werde ich hier meine Sternebewertung anpassen.

Heute möchte ich meine Bewertung von gestern korrigieren. Der Fehler lag bei mir, da ich nicht bedacht hatte, dass das Gerät zuerst aufgeladen werden muss. Nach einer Ladezeit von ca.2 Stunden, funktioniert nun alles einwandfrei. Deshalb eine 5 Sterne Bewertung von mir.

Like most who have rated this product, I agree that the delivery was actually quicker than I expected. The packaging of the product was quite nice as well. I also ordered the extra attachment pieces as I wasn't sure just what came with the unit itself. However, when I attempted to put the unit together to try it out. I couldn't for the life of me figure out how the various pieces went together to attach to the hose! The instructions were vague to say the least and the pictures were so small you couldn't really see how anything went together. I'm not stupid, but this was beside me. Even my wife looked at it and couldn't figure it out. I tried to google it or find a Youtube video, but nothing really came up that matched this product and how to make the attachments fit together. Long story short... I put it back in the box and put it away, probably never to see the light of day. The customer service for my question was basically non-existent. "Easy to assemble," is BS!

J'ai commandé un sac à dos sur le site Cdiscount, d'après un premier mail il devait arriver le 05 Mai, dans un second mail il est écrit, notre livreur a déposé le colis dans votre boîte aux lettres, je contacte Cdiscount pour signaler que je n'ai rien reçu, il reconnaissent l'erreur du livreur qui s'est trompé d'adresse et depuis j'ai du envoyer 6 à 7 mails c'est toujours la même réponse type comme quoi ils font le nécessaire bref , nous sommes le 07 Mai et on ne sait pas vraiment où se trouve le colis, j'ai demandé un remboursement mais pas moyen ça tourne en rond, le pire est que je pars le 13 Mai en Haute Savoie pour un trek et que je n'aurai pas le sac à dos, je pense devoir aller dans un magasin de sport voir si je trouve quelque chose similaire.
Bref, déçu vraiment...

Bought the Aquoxis Jet wash attachment, not tried it yet but it looks good quality and servicable. The service from Ecom7 was very prompt with quick and efficient and safe delivery.

The packing and delivery were very good! However, that is where the good points end, the "pressure" device is totally useless as a washer, the advertising video shows a jet wash pressure blasting of filth from various parts, when in fact the jet gun adds no more pressure than a simple hose pipe gun, in fact it is so useless it will never get used, a complete con!!!

ce n'est ni plus ni moins qu'un jet d'eau type "gardena" qui ce vends au alentour de 10€ suivant la marque et modèle.
pour 70€ c'est de l’escroquerie.
