The product is of poor quality and is way overpriced at £65 + GBP. Performs poorly and there is no way to return the goods for a refund.
Addon costs like insurance are put on your bill and there is no way to refuse them. Raiosed issue with PayPal to cancel payment to eCom. eCom have never repled to my eMail to reimburse me my money

Misrepresentation in marketing. The item is a $1 item you can find on discount platforms. Not worth the money I paid for it. Even when I ordered there was an error code that came up which didn't allow confirmation of my order only via PP. I'm sending this crap back. Trying to offer me 20% discount isn't good enough. I don't want the trash.

Product not as advertised. Scam and should not be allowed.

Junk products from a junk company

Purchased a BlueTunex 'Bluetooth car adapter' from in November 2025. My purchased was made on the back of positive reviews for it's performance as a device to play USB MP3 tracks via my car radio speakers, and it indeed performed well for the first 4 months.
It has now started to become very unreliable and have started going completely dead and requiring a 'power cycle'.

I have submitted a request for assistance to Qinux/Ecom7 but have yet to receive any reply (other than an auto email) from them after waiting 8 days.

The product was advertised as more powerful than a traditional power washer.

I received the product BUT it did not fit my hose. The correct attachment that is compatible with US hoses was not in the box.

I contacted the company and they replied with a canned automatic message saying that they would get back to me.

They haven't and I'm returning the unit. It appears, however, that they can also use their discretionary terms to disallow a return.

Buyer. Do beware.

I went to the website to order one single item; a chainsaw sharpening tool. During the extended checkout process I was shown and asked to buy additional items. I answered NO at every juncture in the process but was billed for and received 3 UNWANTED items. I immediately tried to cancel the additional items via the website support email link but to no avail. I was told I could return them after receiving them. DO NOT even consider purchasing from this website!!!

Cheap piece of crap. Will not fit on my hose. Too easy to mis thread cheap plastic handle. Now it's just garbage!!!

this product is absolute garbage for the price. it's made of extremely cheap and undurable plastic. you're better off. just buying a brass nozzle. you'll get about the same amount of PSI. Don't waste your money. it's garbage

Not as powerful as depicted on the videos. Cheaper than a power washer but not the power to really clean a sidewalk of driveway.

Worst customer service ever, none of the phone numbers are working. Tried to reach them after I made a purchase but no luck

This website is untrustworthy. If you want to contact them upon purchasing something, they have their 'submit' button disabled and their phone number is non-existent so it is impossible to contact them. Their website says that there is a guaranteed 14-day money back guarantee and you can return for any reason but when I tried to return my items (one of which was broken on receipt), they took ages to reply and then made excuses about not being able to return the goods.

This product is a piece of junk and is WAAY overpriced! I want to return the two I purchased, I only opened one and an terribly disappointed.
