Great service, the ladies were lovely, I can hear so clearly now!

I had a great experience—my ears were thoroughly cleaned and the service was lovely.

Turned up at the centre and sat there for 20mins-another lady sat there and she had been waiting 30 mins.Phoned Earful and they said they would get the Audiologist to phone me.Spoke to a lady at the surgery and she told me you had not been there for months.I did go to the new venue and sa the Audiologist,he was very nice and explained everything to me.You need to make it clear to patients that you have moved especially for people who haven't been for an appointment for quite a few months.

When I arrived a very pleasant young lady took a quick look and quickly determined the issue. She knew exactly what to do and carried the job out with care, professionalism and efficiency. She explained what she was doing all the way through the procedure. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes and walked out with my hearing restored. Great service. I hope I never have to go again as I've hated having a bunged up ear but would use Earful again without hesitation if needed.

Lovely experience at Earful today - booked in for microsuction however the lady did a full assessment and explained how I didn't need the procedure! Super friendly, informative and helpful

Very happy with visit. Young lady who attended to me was very pleasant and professional.

Thanks to the two lovely ladies who flushed out a whole ladybird that was lodged in my ear! I felt in such good hands. They even wrote to my GP to let them know the issue I had had and recommended I visit the GP just in case there’s any infection from the ladybird and suggested I need to see an ENT consultant about my vertigo. I have been asking for this to happen for over a year and a half.

Never had this done before. Very professional and friendly service. Everything was explained fully. Would highly recommend the service. Thank you.
