I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door by a lovely young lady called Amy.
She explained what would happen and how it worked.
The job was done very efficiently and cleanly, I was impressed and will use again if ever necessary.

My appointment was at 4.15 pm today .
The nurse made me feel at ease and talked me through the treatment. She was very kind and gentle during the procedure.
She was very thorough and excellent at her job .Thank you so much nurse I can now hear again .I highly recommend this service and the staff are wonderful.

Had 2 sessions (great price).
Couldn't get all wax out in first session as not enough olive oil but the girls did well!

Came back and I saw Roy.
He was filling in and normally works in st Helens.
He had lots of experience and was incredibly gentle and thorough.
Very reassuring.
Very confident.
Couldn't get the wax out (as still not enough oil), so he used water irrigation which helped a lot and he managed to unclog everything!!!
Also added a history lesson about wools and confirmed hearing is okay with test.

Really glad I had this done, thank you.

5 Stars for Lovely Amy...what a lovely girl...totally put me at ease reassured me about the procedure give me a short history of the ear haha and then done a magnificent job...totally painless ..10 minutes and all sorted....plus a free ear trst next week as a follow procedure...thanks Amy...would recommend to anybody....won't hesitate to call again in the future should I ever need again brilliant...xxx..Mr Loftus Warrington Rylands street

Ive been mostly deaf in my left ear for the last 2 years, I made an appointment this morning and was seen this afternoon. Upon arrival I was greeted by a young lady called Amy who did my treatment for me. She managed to remove everything out of my ear relatively fast and when she had finished I had all of my hearing back in my left ear. How can I put a price on that ? But was still only £50. What a bargain, thank u again Amy

We had an appointment with Janane. [We dont know how to spell it!] Mum was the patient and she has dementia, which sometimes means she can be a challenging patient. Janane was wonderful with her [and with us]. She made us feel at ease and spoke to Mum in a really positive way. Often people are nice, but they can be a bit patronising, but Janane wasn't like that way at all. Absolutely superb and more so because the procedure worked exceptionally well, which will result in having a massive impact when it comes to other aspects of her care. Thank you.

Had a great experience at earful today got everything sorted, an the staff their are really nice and reassuring during the whole experience good for a laugh aswell which makes it feel less intrusive. Will definitely recommend it to anyone.
