Be careful with sizes as they are all different. I ordered a pair of orthopaedic trainers, wild fit and a pair of barefoot winter boots. Same sizes, the boots are a little big but can wear them with thick socks comfortably and they are the warmest boots I have ever had.
The trainers were the same size but way too small. Was offered £8 refund, from £29 that I paid for them. Costumer service was great and fast replying. I had to pay £5 extra for shipping to get a new pair, says size 8 uk size. My size is usually 6. Now I have received the size 8 ones and they are too big, yet squashing my toes together. Certainly not wide fit as described.
I d order the boots again if they really are waterproof which I don’t yet know but not the trainers.

Took ages to arrive. Too small on arrival customer service a shambles. Can't return to UK address. Nothing of which was stated on the website. Misleading advertising. Don't waste your time money or energy on this shocking company .

I ordered trainers which took weeks to arrive. They were too small so I asked for a refund which they were unable to do. The options were an £8 refund or pay £5 for another pair in a larger size and pick any colour. I stupidly went for the latter option, and even though I chose a bigger size and different colour they sent me the exact same trainers again! I now have 2 pairs the same that don't fit. They look cheap and poorly made too.

I bought shoes from this company, not realising they came from China. I ordered a size 5.5 but they are too small and more like a size smaller than that. Took ages to arrive and if you want a refund you have to return to China at your cost. After numerous emails I got a partial refund .Not well made either, they look cheap.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !
Refused to cancel my order when they told me the shoes would be shipped late!
Then refused a refund, told me I had to return to China of which they offered me £8!
They craftily have a uk email , and a uk address but you can’t leave a message. Shoes were not fit for purpose . Terribly made ! And not true to size !
Please just don’t !

See the reviews of easelane.co.uk. This is the same company with the same products. As with many other buyers, I have ordered some shoes and they eventually arrive from China. The shoes are too small, and a lot smaller than expected. When requesting a refund we have been offered 1/3 of the original price or we have to ship back to China. They have a registered UK address but say they will not accept returns there.

I am genuinely loathed to even give 1 star!
