Bought as a gift for my wife after I saw them on Dragons Den. She loves them so I've ordered more.

I was a little sceptical when I ordered but I should not have worried I’ve got my first one on and the help it’s given me for my anxiety is amazing I would highly recommend recommend

I shared a pack with my cousin. She has a bad back she found a big difference in pain relief. I have 2 knee replacement that ache in this cold damp weather again a big difference. Would recommend them.

Found the seeds tricky to place but once in place I am seeing benefits already......

Waste of money

Great product and very effective. The product has lovely details and touches. Great service.
The earseeds are not only effective but truly pretty as well.

Ordering was easy but had a few issues with the delivery and not having the instructions in the boxes ,other than that happy with them.

Unfortunately arrived with no instructions or tweezers despite saying that they did so completely unusable

Love the product, once I had got used to positioning the seeds. They have helped with anxiety enormously.

Product is wonderful, as always.
A bit of confusion with the delivery this time, but all sorted.

I was going to down score due to the communication time frame but decided not to in the end because when email responses are received they are friendly personable and accommodating and the response clearly shows that any communication from the customer to he’s healing has been read and understood extremely well.
The products are absolutely fantastic and I really wish I could afford more ear seeds because they have worked wonders for my anxiety so I’ll definitely be trying them again at some point.
I get the impression that the east healing team work well together and are a bunch of good people!

I’m sorry but the product just didn’t suit me - gave me such a bad headache I had to remove. Really disappointed, hoped this was the answer for my sleep issues.

Took 3 weeks to come which I thought was just because I’d ordered shortly after Christmas but judging form the reviews- this is standard protocol. Also no instructions came in either box I ordered and then I was just sent a very quick PDF version. Surely an option of paper instructions should’ve been offered since this is what was promised? I want to buy again due to the quality of products but I will look elsewhere now due to the slow delivery time and lack of attention to detail.

No tweezers or instructions included in both ear seeds boxes. I emailed to inform and was replied with a digital version of the instructions. No use if gifting a set. And still no tweezers. Very disappointed. Hopefully, the effects of using them will make up for the disappointment, or I won't be purchasing again.

I have been using East Healing for a few months now and apart from a bit of a delivery delay over Christmas and New Year I have nothing but praise for the products and the service from this company. I use both the seeds and magnets and they work for me. I have always responded well to alternative methods of treatment so very pleased these work for me. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for pain relief or anxiety relief.

Very slow delivery time and poor customer service. I have waited just under 4 weeks to receive my order after having contacted customer services 3 times to find out what had happened. Only on the 3rd time, when I requested a refund within 5 working days, did the order arrive 4 days later ! I was being fobbed off that the delay was due to it being Christmas but looking back over previous reviews this seems to have been happening well before Christmas too. I haven't tried the ear seeds yet but I doubt I'll order more since, as a customer, I should not be having to put this much effort into chasing up an order. Something clearly very wrong with the way this business is bring run.

I ordered two boxes and they took 24 days to arrive. When I eventually opened them there were no instructions😡
I have emailed the company twice to receive the same standard email which was no help at all.
I have also messaged on Facebook and no help yet again.

I seen this product on dragons den and decided to try the ear seeds because I have found that as I get older I've become more anxious and struggle to fall asleep.
I ordered the seeds over the Christmas period so it took a bit longer to receive them.
I've had the ear seeds on for 5 days now and I do feel less anxious and I am sleeping a bit better. I will persivere with them and put new ones on today . Hopefully it continues to work

I found the smaller magnets for the ears really good. However the larger ones I used for my knee came off at night. Especially the ones on the inner thigh. So disappointing. Other wise I am enjoying trying them out.

Tried messaging the company. Not heard back yet. The box says instructions tweezers and ear diagram showing acupuncture places..... but No instructions No tweezers No ear diagram showing where to put these seed beads...... Just the seed beads feeling lonely as the 3 friends have gone walk about!😔
