They refused service because of this review!!
Purchased once before and items were damaged, purchased recently , item did not show up, and now waiting for the delivery guy to go back to the wrong property to track the frames down and re delivery. 5 days late and counting - They constantly ignore questions asked, that would speed up the situation is infuriating , they replied on this platform first instead of actually updating me of the situation, and after the refund refused to send a replacement of provide any other service because of this bad review, pretty sure thats illegal.. is disappointing service again

Thank you very much for taking the time to provide your review. I am truly sorry for the continued delivery problems and the frustration these have caused you.
I understand that your parcel was delivered incorrectly last Thursday, and now, as of Monday, there has still been no resolution from the courier service.
To address this matter, I have escalated the issue immediately. You will receive a non-receipt form first thing tomorrow morning. Once you have completed and returned this form, I will personally ensure your order is refunded in full, as you have requested.
If there is anything else I can do to assist you in the meantime, please do not hesitate to let me know.
Once again, I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.

Great value and quality
After getting an eye wateringly expensive price from a local framer I came to Easy frame. Their price was close to one third of the local framer and the ordering process was very straightforward. The service was lightning fast and the quality of the product is excellent.

A great experience from start to finish.
A great experience, from start to finish.
The Easyframe website allows you to upload and store images of paintings, have them printed (I didn't),
choose a frame, place the order and have it delivered.
I ordered on a Wednesday and received delivery the following Monday. Generous quantity discount (I ordered 14 float frames). Loyalty points. Free delivery over £50. Very helpful customer service.
The quality of workmanship, especially noting the clean and tight mitre joints and the quality of the wood was excellent.
Also included were the D rings, screws and string for hanging, plus Velcro discs for mounting the canvasses in the frame.
All packed up very securely in recyclable material and no plastic.
I'll be back. Very impressed. Many thanks.

Hi,
Thank you for such an incredibly detailed and thoughtful review — we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
It’s fantastic to hear the whole process worked smoothly for you, from uploading your artwork and choosing your frames through to delivery the following Monday. Fourteen float frames is a brilliant order, and we’re so pleased everything arrived quickly and securely.
Your comments about the clean, tight mitre joints and the quality of the wood mean a great deal — our workshop team take real pride in that level of finish. We’re also glad the included fixings, Velcro discs, quantity discount, loyalty points and recyclable packaging all made a positive difference.
“From start to finish” and “I’ll be back” are exactly what we love to hear. Thank you again for your support — we look forward to working with you on the next project.
All the best,

Good quality frames at a great price
Good quality frames and a great price, too. The dimensions are absolutely spot-on, to the millimetre. The order was fulfilled extremely quickly and arrived in perfect order, due in no small part to the excellent, protective packaging. I definitely recommend Easyframe and will be using them again.

Quality products and rapid service.
I ordered 3 bespoke mount boards and a sheet of plexiglass. Both were high quality and cheaper than other companies. In addition they arrived 2 days after ordering. They also gave me a discount for my first order and a discount for multi-buy for the mount boards.
Brilliant. I'd recommend Easyframe.

Custom size mount
I ordered a custom size mount for a picture. When it arrived it had been damaged by the delivery firm. I immediately contacted Easyframe sending a picture of the damage and received a reply within an hour and confirmation that they had set up for a replacement which I received with no problems. Both parcels had been packaged very well but the first one had been bent even though Easyframe had placed a large sticker on it says do not bend or crush. Overall the service I received was fantastic and the quality of goods ordered was excellent. I will definitely use Easyframe again

Hi Stephen,
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a detailed review — it’s genuinely appreciated 🙌
We were gutted to see the first mount had been bent in transit, especially as we take a lot of care with our packaging (and those very clear “Do Not Bend” stickers!). Unfortunately, once it leaves us it’s in the hands of the courier, but I’m really pleased we were able to sort a replacement for you quickly and without any hassle.
Customer service is a big thing for us at EasyFrame, so hearing that you were happy with both the quality and the way we handled it means a lot.
Thanks again for your support Stephen — we look forward to helping you with your next project 👍

Perfect inset frames for special oil painting
Fantastic company- easy to navigate, lots of helpful information so you know what to choose and very good quality product. I was given two lovely oil paintings on thin canvas boards and had no idea how to frame them but wanted something to make them look special. It only took me a few minutes on the EasyFrame website to find something I liked and that I was sure would be right for the style of painting. Perfect results and very happy with how they look.

Hi Jo,
What a lovely review — thank you so much 😊
We’re so pleased to hear you found the website easy to navigate and that the guidance helped you feel confident choosing the right option. Thin canvas boards can sometimes leave people wondering what to do with them, so it’s brilliant to know you found something that really suited the style of the paintings.
Inset frames can make such a difference, especially with oil work — giving it that gallery-style finish and making it feel that bit more special.
We’re absolutely delighted you’re happy with the final result. Thank you again for your kind words and for choosing EasyFrame — we’d love to help again anytime 👍
