Although I didn't get the correct sizing of the cards initially,I was quickly informed.I resolved the size quickly and the company accepted them.Although they said delivery would be delayed because of my mistake,the cards were delivered well in time!! Thank you.Very good quality too.

I had to contact customer service after realising I’d put the files in the wrong format for print. As this was for a funeral service at the weekend, I was understandably quite stressed. I spoke to Shandor, who was absolutely amazing – genuinely some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. She carefully reviewed my files, gave clear and helpful advice, and even provided corrected versions with the bleed set up properly. When we decided a different print option would be better, she handled everything seamlessly, cancelling the order and issuing a full refund. I really appreciate how far she went to help, especially given the circumstances.

The website had issues and I wasn't able to order the product add on that I needed so our team was not happy with the business cards.

Very good Customer Services and were very easy to work with. My only issue is that you need to have the exact art file. They won’t help you to rectify the file to get it to the exact measurements that you’re trying to achieve therefore I had to cancel my order. I have used up people before where my image may not have been amazing but they have adjusted my artwork and made it work.

Website and order process was easy to understand. Quality of paper and print is very good. Prices are very reasonable.

Disappointed with this order. I had tags printed and some place cards. Some of the place cards had scratches on them and all of the tags (2 sets) were poorly printed/cut, so there were repeats showing up on the sides and bottom, as well as being not aligned centre. The two large boards I bought were great, so no issues there, but the other items really dropped the ball.
