Fantastic customer service
Hermes lost my parcel, customer service here was exceptional and when I asked if a new parcel could be dispatched (it had been ordered 10 days or so prior but jubilee weekend was involved too, so I wanted to give it adequate time to arrive) they never quibbled and were more than happy to help. Really polite, friendly and helpful communication. Well done for ensuring a happy customer, despite the Hermes issue not being your fault. Wishing you the best of luck dealing with Hermes.
