Easy pick up at the airport - very convenient to gas station for refill - excellent service. Nice clean car!

Our shuttle driver got pulled over by the police right after we arrived at the airport. The police are everywhere, and looking to take advantage of people on vacation - lining their pockets. Easy way was ok, and the car was good, but we were scared because of being pulled over. We were supposed to see Cancun, but we didn't return up that way because we didn't want to have problems. Playa del Carmen wasn't as bad, and Tulum even less problems. All in all we are happy we rented a car, and Easy way was easy for us.

The car was great and the entire staff were very friendly and efficient from the moment we were picked up at the airport and driven a short distance to their lot . Also, when returning the vehicle, we inadvertently drove directly to the airport (GPS issue) but when we called the company, they were very understanding and showed up in just a few short minutes to retrieve the vehicle.
An unrelated note, please be aware when refueling your vehicle at the gas stations in Mexico... they have a tendency to not reset the pump from the previous sale , leaving you paying for more than your fair share ! We paid 800 pesos ($56 Canadian) and had only driven 250 kilometres in our little 4 cylinder Fiat! When questioned , they claimed that it had a 60+ litre tank when indeed it was a 40 litre tank! I would suggest to exit your vehicle , before they start pumping , to confirm the pump is reset... arguing with thieves can be very dangerous and a complete waste of time!

Had a really good experience with Easy Way. We had a car for 3 weeks, no problem at all. They waited us at the airport as it was promised. We went to their place to get the car which is like 5 minutes from the airport. I was glad that they did really honestly and marking all the details about the actual situation on the car. A lot of companies are not honest about it. So I would recommend really to choose them to anyone.

Their cars are little old. But my experience was perfect with them I paid what they quoted me online. I rented 5 days . No issue or problem .

I was very happy with both the price and service here. The car was nothing fancy, but the price was right, the A/C was cold, the radio, wipers, turn signals, etc. worked. They meet us at the airport and took us to the shop.

Importantly: the price they quoted was the price they charged!! No attempt to upsell or force additional charges on you. The counter people were efficient and friendly.

One more important note: The place is kind of hard to find when returning the car.

Look for the GO MART gas station on the southbound side of the 307/Cancun-Tulum highway, just south of the airport exit. Go THROUGH the Go Mart parking lot, turn left (you will be on the exit/merge lane from airport road to the 307) Easy Way will be on your right.

Great fast service, good vehicles

Easyway is truly the easy way. Clear and concise communication from prior to arrival and at arrival brought a lot of confidence in their service. Very thorough and there were no surprises on vehicles and on expected costs and fees.

All in all a very pleasant easy and excellent service.

All in all good experince. Nice car, staff is good in communication. The only thing car was misdsing car plates. I asked at Easy Way if that's fine. They said yes. While travelling was stopped by Police and spent about 30 min waiting them to check the car in a database. Easy Way can make it easier just by putting car plates. Then Police have no questions.

Great service, fast and cheaper than any of the other companies. Will rent from them again.

Best car rental that I could find in Cancun. They had the lowest price around (with insurance costs) and great service. Getting there was easy as they pick you up from the airport in a shuttle, and getting the car was fast. Returning was even easier.
If I return I will hands down rent from Easy way again.

I used their services for the second year in a row and had zero surprises after I booked on-line. They include airport to office transport and back when done. Always confident I get the full insurance package for cheap and without being conned. I will use them again.
