Extremely Disappointing Service and Lack of Response
I ordered from EatBetterCo with high hopes, but my experience has been incredibly disappointing. My order reached the final delivery station 5 days ago, yet it still hasn't been delivered. I've reached out multiple times through multiple channels over the past few days with no response, and my requests to cancel and return the order and receive a refund have been completely ignored.
This lack of communication and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. I expected a more reliable and responsive service, especially when dealing with time-sensitive deliveries. Based on this experience, I can't recommend EatBetterCo and am reluctant to order from them again in the future.
