The weekly delivery service has been incredible. The meals are delicious, healthy, and delivered right to my door. I no longer need to plan or cook, and I always look forward to the next delivery!

Food was delicious. Delivered quickly. Customer Service is excellent!

The order arrived veryyy late and the foods were cold as it was taken out freezer two hour prior. I thrown them out right with the packaging. Poor communication with this person and no tracking of where your food is. I will not recommend them.

Kharcho was not as good as usually.
Everything else was great

Portions are very small in comparison that you can order in other locations. In meat dishes like kotlets used too much onion to make it cheaper. Misleading description. Chicken tabaca was a chicken chick (maybe pigeon) not a chicken. I never saw such a small hen. There was a free soup as part of promo, they gave some green veggie soup that smell bad, I just have thrown away. They could include something like borsh but they were cheap. Poor customer experience. Waste of money. Never order again. I would choose other vendor to order slavic food.

Food are great, however it's too oily . Delivery service needs to improve.

I ordered a few months ago, and at that time, the portions were large. Now, they are smaller and not as tasty as they were. For instance, the regular size manty used to come with 5 pieces, but now it's only 3. The lagman soup used to have handmade pasta, but now it's just spaghetti, and the overall taste has changed from traditional lagman. As a bonus, we received free broccoli soup, which we didn't enjoy. It would have been better to include one of the soups from the order for free. I was very happy with my first order, which is why I ordered again, but this time, I was disappointed.

Excellent food ! Ivery ordered pretty much everything for especially occasion.It was delicious 😋

The food was great! I tried Kazan meals for the first time with my family and I couldn’t been more impressed. The taste was really good and traditional I’ll be ordering again

The dishes were not as tasty as we were hoping to be, I think they lacked the traditional flavour that we were hoping to get. The plof barely had meat, manti lacked enough seasoning and flavour, olivie salad was good.

Very poor food quality, people who cooked the food are really horrible at cooking! Don’t recommend anyone. Learn to cook first and then cook for others

Very small portions. I ordered food from different platforms (Good Food, HelloFresh, Factor), and even though all of the platforms have small portions, I would say Kazan meals was the most upsetting. I ordered a few Large portions, and apparently large portion of cabbage rolls is only 3 cabbage rolls. Similar problem with other meals, the portions were too expensive for its size. I don't know your costs, and maybe it is somehow justified, but from my side I would order freshly cooked ramen from Uber Eats instead of ordering 3 cabbage rolls for 19$. In terms of taste everything was 4/5, which is good.

It was very easy to order and the food is really good ! Maybe the deliver was too pricy but that’s my personal opinion!
