STAY AWAY FROM THE COMPANY. I ordered and paid for an iron on the CDON portal. Eazyro was the dealer who had to send the item. Two weeks has passed - no information about when and how the iron will arrive. Silence. I wrote two messages of complaint and asked for my money back. No reaction. I think I shall sue the company in court for having misused the money. I shall initially pay for the court procedures to start the court process. I'm sure Eazyro will eventually compensate me for the court fees after the court's decision on the case has been made as it will be in my favour. This should give them a good lesson and stop their extremely (almost zero) poor business.

I bought a air fryer from here and it came completely destroyed.
I regret not looking up this company before buying anything from them. Consider yourself warned!!

Bought an oven from Eazyro through CDON. The oven was delivered completly smashed after a 3 week delay from the written delivery time.

I spent a week trying to get in contact with customer service and when i finally got in touch they were rude and unhelpfull and refused to give me a refund. Stear clear of this company, not worth the risk.

Updated: They gave me a discount that made me happy so I'm editing this review to a positive one.

I do not recommend shopping, I recommend avoiding it from a distance. Unreliable company.

Based on previous good experiences with the Wahl brand, I ordered the Wahl beard trimmer on the 15th of September and received it on the 22nd via DHL. It appears that the sale was made by Eazyro. So far so good.

When I opened the package and found it was damaged. It is clear that this piece was opened before. Upon inspection of the device, I find that the charging pins are bent. I have pictures of the damage, but I cannot include them here in this review.

Think CDON is just leaving their customers at the mercy of 3rd party sellers. Bad experience and will not buy from CDON again.

I have been asked by Eazyro as to why I did not contact them on CDON. I did submit my experience through a review to CDON, but CDON never published it. At least that is one way to keep good ratings on your site.

Scammer!!!! Never received my computer!!
Lost my money!! I go to the Police this afternoon!!!

The scooter advertised on their website was not the exact model they ship. So I received a difference model (with worse performance than the model I ordered).

Although the communication was made before they ship the scooter to me, the price difference that was agreed to be refunded on the phone was never received. Not a very pleasant shopping experience.

i placed an order that i suspected might not have been in stock. i reached out several times to customer support with no reply then the order was cancelled out of the blue. what a bummer.

Worst service ever. one week to answer emails

Did not deliver an item "in stock" within 3 weeks. Trying to cancel order.

Support said I would receive "monday", but that is 5 days ago ... lying or incompetent?

I have not received the item I ordered 4-weeks ago.
No tracking information provided. Can only check status of order by signing up with an account

Horrible experience. Product not in stock and they never notified me. When I requested status I was told they didn't have the products. Have reached out 3 times asking about status of refund and they have no replied! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!!

It gets even worst folks - STILL NO REFUND!!! STAY AWAY from these guys!!! Will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Terrible customer service. They didn't reply for like a week or so and when they replied it didn't make sense at all. When I bought the product no shipping info was sent. Literally nothing was sent. They just took my money. Never buy from this horrible shop.

We ordered a bike more than month ago and we didn't receive anything. Also we didn't receive any response after asking about our order, delivery date...etc.so we had to cancel our payment through our bank credit card to get our money back..no product, no communication and if we wouldn't have been so lucky to use a credit card no refund either.. one of the worse experiences online ever..
