My money has been deducted from my account, I don't know who they are and why they are taking my money

SCAM. Just had a call stating out of thousands of people I am one of 150 people to win a syndicate and will get 10 national lottery tickets this Friday! Also mentioned a fee ongoing to be in a group to share winnings etc. they reeled off personal details and then asked which bank the winnings would be paid into and wanted my sort and account number!! As if I'm going to give that out over the phone!! They soon hung up!

Cold call wanting my bank account details for a lottery syndicate. They offer 10 free tickets for this Friday 26.1.24, but only if I give them my bank details. I refused saying it must be a scam and I wanted to check out their company first and wait till I actually win before giving my info. It also concerns me that £39 mth was mentioned - but they have total control over the group you are in and I wondered why and if they would give me an equal share on someone else's winning numbers. As far as i can tell according to government.uk the company was dissolved 1.8.2023. Spoke to lady called Roseanne at approx. 15:45 24.1.24

As everyone else notes, this is a known scam. The sort code and acc no will be used to take DD payments that you havent willingly authorised.

Received a call from Justin saying I won a competition and had been chosen as 1 of 150 people in a syndicate ( I enter different competitions often so wasn’t surprised that I didn’t recognise the name). They told me my name, address, email and date of birth. I went through the motions until they asked for my bank details - when I questioned their legitimacy they repeatedly assured me that they wouldn’t ask for my long card number, just sort code and account to verify my identity. I asked them to email me so I could verify their details before giving them my details and they said they couldn’t create my account unless I provided bank details. I declined to provide and said I would call them back later to which they said to search their website and call back. Immediately Google’d them and so glad I did because it seemed almost legit.

I just had a call from this company saying I’d entered a competition to win a camper van, then they started talking about lottery numbers and that I was 1 of only 150 people that had got through from thousands of entries blah blah.. then they checked my name and email but then wanted my sort code hmmm I told them I don’t give out bank details and asked what company I’d entered a camper van they said easy solutions, I said no what company was the camper van competition with.., he hung up… SCAM written all over it… no bank details given btw

Received a call this morning advising I had won a competition and would be entered into with a group if people. All sounded a bit dodgy went along with it until she asked for my sort code number for my bank account. Told her no I was not giving her any details for my bank. She then threatened that if I didn't give her my details she would loose her job... hung up and blocked after that! Dream on...

I just got a call from them explaimg all sort of nonsense about winning 10 tickets and money and blablabla... I was going along until they asked my short code. in the meantime i was cheking reviews, thanks guys for sharing your experiences, no bank details were given (in their dreams LOL) cut the call and blocked the number

i would give zero, trying to contact the easy solution syndicate , waiting for the last 30 minutes , saying your call is first in line and will be answered by the next available representative, still no body answering , awful service, no reliable , big scam taking people money , not even a contact through email , no email even through scam

Hard sell marketing on the phone. Completely my responsibility not to have been pressured into moving forward though I was just entering a car park and distracted. When I asked to be called back the caller pressed me to just decide some numbers. Anyway, it all went through, I thought I'd do one draw then cancel but contrary to what I was told when phoned I never received any information about the process or cancellation, then when I email to ask how to close my account, several times, I only received a late response to my earliest message saying if I have winnings I won't get them
.After I sought clarification, nothing from them since. Joke outfit

AVOID AVOID. They are scammers every bad review written is true! They are rude n can go in your account regardless of you cancelling the DD. I did the 3 months route oct-dec 23 n when I tried to cancel in November 2023. they said I didn’t make my intentions clear £39 a month and so far I got £1.08. They rush you into setting up and the lady comes across very rude and ignorant but of course they are cocky because at the end of the day we got scammed. They win we lose. This needs to be reported!! I would have won if I bought scratch cards.

They're a scam company, avoid at all cost!!

Just called me up said I won a thousand pounds just give them my bank details - I asked if when he dialled my number did it come up - mug - cause if you think I’d give you them over the phone your pissed. He didn’t seem interested after that and hung up.

Uneasy with Easysolutions I was prepared to try them as they work with Lottogo.Com and promise to include me in a Euromillions syndicate. The reviews for Lottogo. Com seem OK although there have been admin hiccups. I am being pressed for bank details, ID documents want to set up DD payments. Psishing maybe. I received a message to tell me I had won. While on the phone someone heard my conversation and passed me a note to say they think it's a scam. I went to my bank to ask for a balance after expressing surprise I was told my balance was unchanged. It looks iffy. I will give them one more chance but I will tread with caution.

Saying I’ve just won £1000 and she needed my sort Code so I could win more money I said I’m not giving over my details I dunno who you are calling my mobile she was very dominant I said send me an email with your details and I’ll look your company up to see if you are a scam or not she said I’ll

Eazysolutions are big time SCAMMERS and cheap thieves. Their rating is below zero. They can't be allowed to get away with all the money they are scamming from people, they should and must be stopped. I will report them to the police myself and to Ombusman, and every fraud investigation agency, even if it takes me a long time and effort. I shall find a lawyer who'd take the case and I will deface them on social media.

They contact you with sweet talks and guarantee that you will be refunded whether you win or not, whilst at it, they cleverly leave out vital information about Terms & Conditions, so when it becomes clear that you've been scammed by them, they then refer you to their website and for the first time tell you that you can register, log in and check your account for any winnings.

While on it, each time I call and try to stop, they are so persuasive and pushy, almost like a threat that if you don't carry on, you loose the one you have already played. And so I thought these people were legit, especially since they say the calls were Recorded. They charged my account £39 for SIX (6) months from 15/May/2023 - 16/Oct/2023, that is a painful £234. And at the end told me I won 50p each month(total £3). This they do as a disclaimer to say you won something each month.
And that's it. Your money is gone and they feel smart and happy that they were able to defraud you of your hard earned money!

Not fair. £234 is a lot of money to let go. They should refund it.

They should be stopped, made to pay and brought to justice!

BUT, if they can refund me my money, then we'll let go.

I recieved a call from them and they lied to me that I won some money and asked for my bank account details. I hesitated to give them the woman became very pushy. They are scammers and taken £39 first month thankfully I realised it that month so I blocked them. Be aware and don't trust them and don't give them my details. They are nasty SCAMMERS!

This is a big theft company ever. They just steal the money from customers' pocket. They hide the main information from customers to earn money. They monthly deducted amount for two months and telling that one day there was insufficient amount on card, didnt return the whole amount deducted for 2 previous months. Scammer!!!
