THIS IS A SCAMMING COMPANY.
They dont even deserve one star. There is no lottery at all as they claim. Its just a scheme to defraud peopleof £39 every month with stupid stories.
If you ask for email exolaining all the details the lady reeled through, they will ask you to activate the direct debit first so they can gain access to send you the email. Stupid stories!!!
All they have to show about themselves is that they have registration number.
Its better you quickly block your card if you have already shared the details with them. So that they wont be able to debit you as planned.
You guys should go and look for meaningful jobs to do and stop scamming people.

This is a scamming company. They took £39 from my account and I had no money in the account so I ended up with an overdraft. People like you should get a real job instead of stealing money from people like me, that works hard to make a living. I was woke up to a text message saying I own money now. Please get a job and start earning your money instead of stealing.

I had a bad day. They called me saying I won 100 pounds... No money and they want me to pay every month?????

Is there no 0 star I can select!! Scammers jokers liars ........ full of bs. A computer deleted my account?? Why. No reason given... deleted everything... trace of calls nothing. Don't waste your time. Should be visited by cops/offer anything that can show the scamming they are wa nk ers

I already wrote a review on 31st October about this. Got a call from them again today saying that I didnot get a refund of 3 month rolling period as I didnot enter 4th month. They were trying to convince me saying they are going to take only £19 from me to join again for other 3 month rolling period. They are trying to fool past customers again.
Is there any way to report this site? Please do comment. No one else should fall on this trap.

100% scam, when i get the first time call they said i will not loss any money its about Lucy draw but its been 3 months i did not get any money back i lost £117 pound totally.

As all the other reviewers have said, they call saying you won something (in my case, I "entered a Dior competition", which I didn't, although I had just purchased a Dior product).
They insistently ask for your details. I refused for a while, but they're very pushy. They gaslight you on the competition that you allegedly entered, saying things like "Oh, a few days ago ..." and "Maybe you forgot."
Unfortunately at the time of the call, I didn't see the trustpilot website. I handed my details over (like an idiot). After the call, I did some research and came across this page. I didn't sign up on their website or reply to the registration email. The phone number on their website doesn't work, however using the return call option on my phone allowed me to get in contact with them. They've said they'll remove my details, although I'm skeptical about that.
I removed all the money from that bank, sending to a more trusted bank. Will see what happens. I might even delete my account with that other bank as I don't believe they'll actually delete my details.

Just had them try and scam money from me. She phoned me to say I’d won iPhone & tickets into euro millions draw 🤣. Thought I’d let her waffle on abit , then she got to asking for my sort code & account number . I just fed her a complete incorrect set of numbers 👍 .

They are outright thieves but we need to get together all of us and report them for theft to the police, 39.00 gone from mine.. Phone calls are usually recorded And if so the cops can listen And coz no permission wats so every I gave.. Infact im gonna call in the cops and report theft..

Scammers that’s all I can say. Tried to lie to me and tell me I had won some competition for the value of an iPhone and that I had been entered into this Saturday nights euromillions. Luckily enough I didn’t give over my bank details but he was asking for them and I said no and hung up. Don’t buy into their lies they assured me they were a GDPR company. Lies.

horrible experience. shame i had to give it one star.... stay away from them. empty promises and exploiting hope of ordinary people.

It's a big scam.
If you look on the gov company house this company was dissolved in August 2023.

Claimed I took a survey to win an iPhone 15 (not true) and that I didn't win, but that I'd won tickets for the Euro millions. I let her talk (lovely lady with a South African accent) as she read her script at a million miles an hour, glossing over the £39 a month subscription. All she needs is my numbers... yeah, right. By the time I'd got her to give me the company name, and explain how it works, I'd googled eazysolutions and found the trust pilot reviews. Don't be conned by this 'win'. Disgusting.

Have no idea on how to lie convincingly over and over as their story (YES STORY) keeps changing with every breath they take.
DO NOT trust, DO NOT believe but just laugh at their stupidity. These are the worst type of adults - lazy, lying, stealing scum of the earth. I hope their offices get found out and someone visits them.

Scam alert. They set up a direct debit without my approval. Luckily it didn’t get taken. I had never heard of them. I phoned and explained the situation and their operator, Karen just hung up on me. I am reporting them to trading standards

They get your sort code and acc number and put a direct debit... didnt know this is possible and charge 39£

This company is filled with a bunch of scammers. A dirty company that steal money and refuses to cancel memberships.
I spoke to Karen on the phone ( who is very unhelpful and argumentative ) after £39 was taken out of my account after being told that no money would be taken from my account and that the first three months were free. Karen proceeded to tell me that she could not give me my money back but would cancel my membership. I then received an email stating if I didn’t reply in 24-48 hours they would take this as my notice to terminate my account ( I didn’t reply ), This was on the 3 rd of October. I have then today noticed they have taken another £39 from my account. They are absolute scammers and dirty people. They care for nothing more than stealing peoples money. I have reported them. Please do not associate with this company. This company should be embarrassed that they do this. Sad people who need to get a real job rather than stealing other peoples money. Scammers. Stay away.
