​eBag is the best service I have ever used; it saves me so much time and genuinely makes my life easier. The delivery drivers are always incredibly polite and consistently arrive on time, which I truly appreciate. Every item I receive is of excellent quality, and it is absolutely wonderful to find such a wide variety of fresh farm products all in one place. I can’t recommend them enough!

Изключително съм впечатлена и удовлетворена от начина на комуникация с представители на фирмата! Приятно изненадана съм от богатия избор на продукти и поясненията относно произход и съдържание. Днешното ми преживяване беше поредното доказателство за човешкото разбиране и коректността на фирмата, свързани с промяната на часа за доставка, която беше заявена от мен в първия възможен интервал 8-9 часа. Непредвидени за мен обстоятелства наложиха промяна в този интервал и след обаждане във фирмата , което направих 15 минути преди 8 часа, любезно приеха промяната и доставката беше реализирана в новия часови диапазон. Очаквах проблеми, но за моя радост нямаше такива и доставката пристигна в удобното за мен време. Благодарна съм, че имаме тази благодат наречена ebeg! Надявам се да запазят човещината и уважението към клиентите си и в бъдеще! Така печелим всички!

I think the service they provide is wonderful. I haven’t placed many orders yet, but every order I’ve made so far has arrived in excellent condition. That was actually my biggest concern before placing my first order. It’s one thing to see and choose products yourself, to touch them and check their quality, and quite another to trust someone else to select them for you. Normally you might expect that when someone else does it, they might not be as careful. However, every product I’ve received so far – meaning fruits and vegetables – has always been perfectly fine.
I also really appreciate how punctual, accurate, and transparent they are. Whenever there is a change in quantity or price, the correction is made immediately and clearly communicated via email, which I find very professional.
In my opinion, this is a fantastic service that makes everyday life much easier, regardless of whether you are busy, a parent, or simply short on time. In my case, I’m currently a pregnant woman with two dogs, and my husband is extremely busy, so this service helps us tremendously. I can even order our dogs’ food through the platform, and in the future I’ll also be able to order baby supplies.
I would like to thank them for their dedication and for maintaining such a high level of service. I will definitely continue to be their customer.

This was my first time ordering and will definitely not be the last one. What a nice experience! I was looking for something in particular on the website and ended up ordering a bunch of other things I found to be cheaper than the supermarket I usually shop in. The guy was very polite and literally brought the bags to my door, although I didn't mind go outside to collect them.

The best service I have ever used! ❤️ The quality of the vegetables, fruits, meat, milk etc. is perfect, like I was there choosing everything! There are also things for home, gifts, cosmetics and even pharmacy! ❤️ The site is very user friendly and the information about every step, if something is missing or it’s less or more than the weight mentioned on the site, the information that my order is coming is very useful! The delivery is always on time, doesn’t matter if it’s windy, there is a snow day or just a normal day! The produce was fresh and all the products I wanted to order were available. The delivery guy was friendly and helpful. You can return the paper bags from a previous order if you’d like.

The groceries are great quality, and there is a wide variety of products to choose from. The delivery drivers are always friendly, and I really appreciate that they deliver straight to my door. They use quite a few paper bags, but I appreciate that they do not charge extra for them. I would definitely recommend eBag and will be ordering from them again.

The slots are strictly observed, with a convenient 10 min warning - a time saver. I am really a fan as the quality of the service is improving, not declining with time. Keep up the good work!
