It can be said that in recent years I’ve been getting by thanks to eBag and their deliveries. At the beginning, we got through the lockdown together, and now they have become a routine for me—pleasant, unobtrusive people who do their job conscientiously and responsibly.

I can make comparisons, because almost everything I buy is delivered, and when a courier reaches my door on the 5th floor without an elevator, there’s usually complaining all the way up the stairs. And they only carry small packages. Meanwhile, eBag’s delivery staff bring me orders weighing many kilograms—yet no one has ever complained or suggested that it would be better if I met them outside.

Excellent staff selection—truly wonderful people. I’m also very satisfied with the quality of the products and the return policy, because issues do happen—most often with slightly damaged items, which is inevitable with this kind of transport.

In seven years, there was only one mistake—when they delivered a blender instead of a mixer—but we resolved it quickly: I returned the item, and they refunded me.

Since I’m sure they will read this review—my heartfelt thanks to everyone on the team! There’s only one product I miss that disappeared—pork knuckle with bone. What else would I like them to offer—fresh deboned salmon suitable for sushi, even if it has to be pre-ordered.
