Poor packaging and damaged items
Package wasn't packed properly. One of my snack was opened and all fell onto the box. The bubble wrap was at the bottom only,so the other things were chaos and damaged in the box.

It was good but 1 packet of 5kg rice…
It was good but 1 packet of 5kg rice tore open and the rice was scattered in the box.
That was quite an unexpected trouble!

Packing
"I recently received my order and was very impressed with the fast delivery and the excellent quality of the goods. However, I wanted to provide some feedback on the packaging. It was a bit too tight, which unfortunately caused a few of the packets to tear. For future orders, I would appreciate it if you could ensure the packing is more accommodating to prevent damage. Thank you."
