Was looking for an animal crossing edition nintendo switch. All the main stores have been sold out for months. I saw this site and another site selling them. As I had never heard of either I looked up their reviews. I went for ebuzz because they had the better reviews. I ordered yesterday (Wed) and was a bit worried if I might not get the edition I wanted. I recieved my order today (Thurs) and it was the animal crossing edition! I am glad I went with this site. From ordering to delivery I cannot fault this company. I will definately order again and recommend them.

I'm beyond impressed with this website! I was really skeptical in buying my Animal Crossing switch as I had never heard of ebuzz before, but it seemed legitimate - I've been looking for this specific switch for months and they're sold out everywhere else so I gave it a go, and I'm so glad I did.
Ordered it Monday, shipped Tuesday and arrived this morning; Incredible service and it's in perfect condition! Will definitely be shopping here again.

Ordered placed and paid for no information provided after that I sent 2 emails regarding order as it was a present. Once I I sent email order was progressed however I item was not available and had to be refunded. Not a great experience overall

I was afraid of scam and about to buy in a bad website. Fortunately I found ebuzz ❤

Ordered 6 records on the 28th of december with fast shipping. They email me on the 4th of january to say some records were out of stock so they couldnt do fast shipping. With a 2 week restock wait time. Okay with me, they refunded me the amount for the fast shipping. No issues. 2 weeks later i receive 3 vinyl, not 6. Then on the 28th of january i get a refund for 1 record, no explanation, just the refund. Still waiting on anything regarding the last 2 records. So this morning the 5th of march, almost 10 weeks later. I decided to email them to ask for an update. The only response i get is another refund for the remaining 2 records. No apology or thanks, just an automated response. 10 weeks of waiting, 3 seperate refunds, literally zero customer service. Avoid at all costs, 15 per vinyl seemed too good to be true, it was. They dont actually have half of the records on their website. Will never order from you again.

Was unsure before ordering as I had never heard of this site before. But very surprised my switch was perfect and brand new and works perfectly

Second time to order from eBuzz, bought limited edition Nintendo Switch consoles and went for the express delivery. Everything perfect, secure packaging and arrived with DPD as expected.

I was able to get the product that I couldn't find anywhere else, it was the price that I expected to pay and delivery was quick, efficient and tracked.
