Delivery dates as promised and got the lovely Rivanera within 24 hours from Italy to my home door in Finland.

Very happy with my new watch. Stunning quality and design.

I purchased a blue dial Cristallo. The watch is absolutely fantastic. Beautifully crafted and finished. A tool watch of substance and emotion. So impressed.
The communication, customer service and delivery were all first class too. 10/10.

It's a watch I long for for a long time :) Thought it was beautiful, but when I held it in my hands, 'beautiful' was a poor term! It is spectacular! Perfectly crafted, excellent design, everything on the dial is where it should be! Braaa-vooo Echo/Neutra!

Ho acquistato un orologio della serie AVERAU 39 3H BIANCO FULL LUME. L'orologio risulta essere molto ben curato e confezionato in modo assolutamente ed inaspettatamente elegante.
Ho appena scoperto questo brand italiano e credo che acquisterò altri orologi.Bravi.

Orologio bellissimo sotto ogni aspetto, attenzione ai dettagli maniacale! Ho avuto solamente un piccolo problema al cinturino (probabilmente difetto di produzione!) ma ho prontamente contattato via email il servizio clienti che in meno di una giornata ha risposto e mi ha inviato il pezzo difettoso completamente nuovo senza nessun costo aggiuntivo. Il giorno dopo il pacco è arrivato!!! Velocissimi, disponibilissimi e gentilissimi.

David ordered the 1956 Chronograph over the holidays. While it took longer than expected to receive due to customs delays (not Echo Neutra's fault), I finally got the watch a few days ago. I'm a chronograph rookie so it took me awhile to figure how how to use and reset the hands. It's a beautiful watch and am glad to add it to my collection. Thanks Nicola and Cristiano for your assistance!

So I ordered a 39 Moon phase watch and sadly it was damaged in transit and I was absolutely gutted

But here is the great thing....

Customer services were like lightning to respond on email about my problem the broken watch was sent back that day and within four days I had the broken watch returned and a brand new watch sent from Italy to the UK.

No questions asked they literally couldnt do more to fix my problem, that is amazing customer service
