Worse experience ever with this company. Wish I had read the reviews earlier. Gutted the quality is awful. Please don’t make the same mistake as the rest of us in here. Wish there was an authority to stop them from trading in the UK. Awful customer service. Offering me 30% discount of my next purchase and saying I can keep the items to save myself on postage to China!!! I thought it was meant be Denmark. Spent over £200. Will never buy again from them. Yes, AVOID!!!!

Clothes too small.
Many emails sent requesting return/refund.
Finally got a reply, saying nothing of any use.
I will have keep chasing to get a refund for items of value over £130.

I order from them puffer for my husband they send to small.I can’t get refund from them.They reply me: In line with our management’s policy, we are happy to offer you a discount equivalent to 30% of your order value. This discount can be used toward future purchases or order the item again for a new variant that suits you, and you are welcome to keep the item.

Returning the item to our China warehouse, on the other hand, may be a lengthy and costly process, potentially taking 2 to 3 months for the package to arrive. Additionally, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility, and unfortunately, we are unable to refund any postage fees. Please note that any refund process will only begin once we have received and verified the returned item, which could further delay the resolution. I Pay more than 80 pounds.Never buy something.

Ordered 2pr of mens cargo pants in XS, order totalling £57. After about a month they finally arrived but were of extremely poor quality and appeared to be more like an XL. Asked for return address and process for refund request. Received an email saying that return post costs to send back to their China warehouse would be expensive and that this postal charge would be my responsibility. Told me to keep the unusable items and lose my £57 but offered me 30% discount off my next order 🤣.

Oh dear what a dishonest company this is, the two items I bought arrived after 12 days the quality was poor and looked nothing like the photos trying to get a refund but proving impossible and will not provide a return address and keep making excuses what was wrong with the items

Wrong size, poor quality, return policy doesn't exist. A complete scam. Take heed of what so many people are saying. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!

This company/website is a complete scam - DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
I ordered 3 x items of clothing from them on 21st October, totalling £182 and they never arrived. For the first three weeks, the company pretended that the items had been dispatched, despite the tracking details (on their own website, suspiciously) saying only "order ready" and nothing about a dispatch.
After another week a representative finally said "I’ve received an update from our team, and unfortunately, it appears that the item you purchased is currently out of stock." - this is despite me ordering three items.
Since then I have requested a refund and threatened action against them and II've had no response.
I believe that this website is set up to steal money from people and that is exactly what has happened to me.
Please don't make the same mistake!

I ordered £200 worth of clothing, knowing that the sizes might not fit properly. I returned most of the items due to size issues and the poor quality of the products. I initiated the return the day after receiving the goods, being very careful to follow the packing instructions, insure the parcel, and clearly mark it as a return.

This was after several emails with customer service, during which they tried to convince me not to return the items and accept store credit instead—a clear red flag! Nevertheless, I proceeded with the return. After 10 days, the parcel arrived at customs in China. From that point on, I contacted both the courier and the merchant multiple times, but I received little to no help from éclat.

After repeatedly following up with ParcelHero, who claimed they were in contact with customs, I was told there was an “enquiry on the invoice.” However, no one ever clarified what that meant. Yesterday, after more than two months of the parcel being stuck at customs, I was informed that the parcel was lost.

The customer service from both the merchant and the courier has been utterly unacceptable. It’s quite clear that this is a repeated script, and this is how this “company” operates its business.

Received the item but it wasn’t as described at all and nothing like the picture.
I have emailed them eleven times. They asked for a picture but still haven’t sent me return details or a refund.
I think I’ve been scammed.
Update - THEY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR SEND REFUNDS. THEIR WEBSITE IS DELIBERATLY MISSLEADING

The goods are really poor quality so I should imagine most people will want a refund. They fob you off saying it will cost too much to return the items and take 3 months to return to China so not worth it. They are stealing peoples money, they need shutting down. WE NEED TO MAKE SURE NOBODY ORDERS FROM THEM, TELL EVERYBODY!!!!

If I could give zero then I would. Absolutely shocking experience. All the 1-star reviews are true. The product looked nothing like the photo and feels cheap. tried to return, and they said it needs to go back to China which would take 2-3 months, and they won't offer a refund. Also refused to give me the return address despite me asking them repeatedly. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE you will regret it.

It only got 1 star as I had to rate it. Absolute joke. Ordered a knitted jumper £45 and it was an absolute joke what I was sent. They haven't responded to my emails. And I've to pay £20 atleast (I wouldn't even pay that for the rubbish I received) to send it back to China tracked within 2 weeks once they respond to my email. So you are screwed either was . I am beyond disgusted I feel robbed. No where does it state that this is fake copy website. Disgusted

Terrible experience.
Dress arrived late and therefore I could not wear it to the event I bought it for, so I tried to return it. They said they only accept returns on faulty items. Given that I had to keep it; I thought I might as well open it to try it on, at which point I realised it was faulty and the seams were all frayed, there was material sitting in the wrong places etc. so I emailed back saying it was faulty. They proceeded to tell me that returning it can often cost more than the dress, so there is no point returning it.

Described as leather boots @ £75!! They’re plastic, not leather. They’re shiny slippery sole. And way too small!!!
They’re ignoring my emails and now 14 days have passed! How do we take this company to small claims court and all her out money back!!!!!

Really bad customer care and returns. Although they say they have a returns policy they don't at all. I wouldn't ever order from this company again. I ended up taking a store credit as they would not reimburse me but then found that I couldn't use the credit either

Long delivery time for the item ordered. Sizing not UK- extremely small and mid represented? Chinese sizing?. Refund policy states items must be returned to China ( takes 2-3 months) at an extortionate shipping fee so impossible to return! Think carefully before you buy from this organisation

My elderly father ordered a Black Puffa syle jacket at a cost of over £60. The jacket that came was Red in colour and the sizing was more like a small. It was too small for myself, and I normaly wear a medium.
Closer inspection, found that the jackets stitching was coming apart and the overall finish was beyond poor.
On contacting the company, he was advised that I would have to return the Jacket back to China, even though the company shows it being Holand based.
He was then offered discounts on his next purchases, but I feel this may just be another scam to get even more money out of a very trusting elderly man.

absolutely awful - avoid. i bought some fairly expensive joggers (2 pairs for £90) thinking they’d be high quality but what arrived are so cheaply made using such poor quality material that they’re basically see-through.

they’re made by some kid at clothing school in china but have a nice-lookikg EU website so it looks legit.

returns are impossible - i paid £30 to ship them back (to china) where they spent 3 months stuck in customs before finally being returned to me.

this company is a complete scam.

Avoid Avoid Avoid - whatever name they are using. Returns terrible,stuck in customs excuse and then not answering emails. They keep spinning it out until they hope you away, Danish my arse, China is where they are and the quality is like their service - Appalling
