Eclat Emporium 

I didn’t received the 2 piece suit I paid for. I was sent a cheap jumper has an alternative. Then offered a 30% and a 50% discount. Further to my several emails.
Poor customer care and service.
This company are scammers. I have not read a positive review. My bank will now have help me take this issue further to receive a full refund through the court system if this company persists to fob me off with their poor excuses

Hi out there has anybody heard back from Eclat-Emporium, regarding refunds?
Since my review I have messaged so called company several times regarding my £100.00 refund,as usual no reply to my queries, what can I do to get my money back they stole from me can anyone help please.

Scam company do not buy not willing to refund a faulty item also been in contact with them and offering me a discount of my next purchase which I will not be purchasing anything reported this to my credit card doing a full investigation avoid this company

order two large coats, both arrived XS. No returns policy. Only offer was a discount on the next order or send back to China at own expense. Avoid at all costs.

Hi iam only give 1 star as it will not let me give 0 Please do not use this frim one big scam .If you get what you order it will not be as in the photo are wrong size the when you return goods as there return policy ther will not answer you Emails I sent back a cost as there policy but still not give a refund PLEASE KEEP AWAY do not use at alll

I am trying to contact Eclat Emporium through the email provided on their website to get a return label but the email fails to be sent every time I try, I think this is a scam and I lost the money due to the fact I cannot return the item and nor possible to get in touch with them

ABSOLUTE SCAM. PLEASE DO NOT order from Eclat -Emporium. I ordered £200+ of goods, as I read their returns policy and thought I could get a refund. The goods arrived, but were crazy sizes and I need to return them. They refuse to provide the return instructions or address, stating loads of reasons why it is difficult and or making future discount offers instead, then radio silence -22 emails later, I have no way of returning my order. Expensive mistake!!

I order item from this company when arrive was nothing like one show on the a website look like the a editing the website
I ask the customer help for information for return the item and the say I need to send to China and the will take 3 months for refund but maybe the item is going to be lost and I not going to get refund and posting cost more then the item cost so I ended up with rubbish item
This company is rubbish I’m advising people to stop ordering because you end up like me with unacceptable item

I received my order but didn't get to see it because evri left it on the doorstep. And it disappeared.
Evri are saying I have to contact eclat.
I have sentboff countless emails and they don't respond. I've sent all relevant info. They are diabolical with communication

I could kick myself for not reading the reviews before I ordered from this company, what I received was of
Extremly Poor Quality and Awful Sizing - what a scam!!
I ordered a Man’s Hooded Sweatshirt in small, the item I ordered took ages to arrive, it was of very poor quality and definitely not a small adult size, it would fit an 8 year old child rather than a small male adult.

If you try to buy of this sham, you will regret it, as I did !

Do not buy from this company the dresses look nothing like the picture they are cheap badly made rubbish!! Also you can’t get a refund just a discount for more shoddy garments. Terrible 😣

Clothing is tat and no refunds available. Avoid.

The quality of the product I brought was absolutely shocking the stitching was awful an the coat had threads hanging from every seem,when I asked for a refund I was told I would have to send back via China that would cost more than the item to get a refund which would only be 30% of the purchase fee an would be credited to online account,this company is a absolute joke an just like to rip people off .
I advise people not to shop with this company

They are selling clothes wich looks like used with holes,do not buy enything from this company!

Shocking company!!!!! Customer service is horrendous and they provide products that are not as described on there website.
Make all excuses to say returning products take 3 months and at your cost to China!

Ordered cargo trousers for £45 when they finally arrived they were not as advertised in looks or material. In fact they are see through. Told them I wanted a refund and told to return them to China at my own cost and the refund could take 3 months. Total scam. Contacted Meta as the advertisement was on Facebook with all communication and photos of items sent. Need scammers like them banned from trading in the UK.

DO NOT BUY -FROM THIS COMPANY- they chrge lots of mony for very poor products and when you want to return them ,they ask you to send the products to China.I sent them to China,As per theyr instructions and the products stay in customs 6 months.After that the Royal Mail asked the customs to return them to meand i received them back.I have now 2 jachets which are too smal to me .
Never ever buy from this company.
